Honestly, if you don't own a Tantus dildo by now you're doing your vagina/anus a terrible disservice. Being a member of the Tantus line, the Scout measures up to their high-quality standards: everything-free (no phthalates, no latex, no weird random materials), can be completely sterilized in either boiling water or a 10% bleach solution, and made of medical-grade silicone.

The Scout is black, which is always a sexy color for sex toys. The mushroomed head of the cock is pointer than that of a real one, making more tapered and a little easier to insert. A large center vein runs down the entire shaft along with some smaller ones scattered about. The balls also have a bit of texture. The head has a pronounced ridge that feels great inside; this dildo can be used for G-spot stimulation but is still comfortable for hard, fast thrusting, too.

This dildo is firm. It has a bit of bounce to it; it's not as hard as plastic but isn't as soft as cyberskin or rubber dildos. This firmness makes it very good for thrusting. You don't have to worry about this one bending, popping out, or hitting an uncomfortable angle.

The base is flat on the bottom and has a nice sturdy feel. This definitely helps with gripping and allows the dildo can be set down on a flat surface for a ride. In addition, a harness may be used with the dildo if you can find an adjustable one (think o-ring) with which it will fit.

The testicles also make it safe for anal penetration. Remember to use plenty of water-based lubricant to keep things going smoothly and avoid hurting yourself, and always sterilize it before switching orifices - whether it be partner-partner or between your own orifices. As for the girth, I'd recommend this for anyone for vaginal penetration and everyone but beginners for anal penetration. It's on the thinner side of dildos but is definitely not 'slim', which is why I can't recommend it anally to people who aren't used to putting something back there.
