A comfortable EASY work out!

This was my first set of these kegel balls. This was a great introductory set for myself. I was always so intimidated of the size of these toys in general that I was afraid that I would not like them. For this price however, I thought why not? I was glad that I made such a decision.

Vaginal exerciser balls are placed into the vagina much like a tampon and left in there while you work, clean, cook, run or whatever you feel is right. I have kept mine in for a minimum of an hour up to 5 so far. I wear them as long as they are comfortable. Personally, I found them to be too loud to be able to discreetly wear them in public. While wearing them, my SO heard them as I jumped up off the couch about 3 feet away, while playing video games. He's no falcon with hearing either so that said a lot for me. I also heard the every time I took a large step or wiggled my hips.


The strengthening of the Pelvic Floor Muscles which can be done through kegel exercises have health benefits to them as well. Mayo clinic recommends these for women with a leaky bladder, those who have gone through childbirth and to counteract the weakening of the muscles from just aging. I do NOT recommend these for anal play what so ever. The cord that connects the balls and that is used for retrieval is a nylon cord that can provide issues for just cleaning off vaginal juices. These cannot be properly sterilized and should not be used for anal play even with a toy cover or condom on top.

This is made out of food-grade plastic and is rated an 8 out of 10 on the Eden's Safety Scale. This is a nice hard phalate-free material that does not seem to have any noticeable uncomfortable seams under my fingertips or while inside me. This is great for beginners; however, due to the nylon cord I would pass on this if you use these frequently. Due to it being made from plastic you may use any lube on it. I tried it with a water based lube, and they slid right in.

These are great beginner kegel exerciser balls due to their size and weight. The looks can be intimidating, but the larger the ball the easier for beginners it is. Overall, I find this size to be best for beginners or those that do not use these often.

For me however, it is hard to understand size just from numbers alone. Here are two pictures of the balls next to my phone and in my hands. My phone is about the length of an average woman's back pocket for jeans.








These would be fine to travel with. They rattle a little but it really should not be an issue for anyone.

The one thing I have a beef with is the leopard print. I am not fan, but I am not super irked because it just goes in me and gets cleaned then put away. It would be nice to have more options though.

This is a great toy in my opinion. Everything worked as it is supposed to, and now all that is left is making sure I use them! I love the size and weight; I can feel them in me, but at the same time, it is hard to feel them there, and there is no discomfort inserting or removing these. I would not go for a jog in these but lounging around or doing menial things around the house seems like the perfect time and place. I wish they were not so loud and that the cord was plastic rather than nylon. The nylon cord however is comfortable and coils up much like a tampon string. It even goes unnoticed if there is a naughty touch or two thrown in.

To clean these just wash in warm water and a mild soap, or you can use a toy cleaner if you choose to. Just remember to try to get everything out of the nylon cord so scrub it well. If you do not do a good job, you will know the next day when the leftover dried junk is visible on the cord.

This toy comes in a clam shell package. This is in no way discreet; however, it can be used for storage later on once the cord is dry. It is an easy to open the package which I always appreciate. The front of the package has a scantily clad woman on it with large letters saying "Leopard Duotone Balls Perfectly Weighted with Nylon Cord". There is no hiding what that is.


The back has another half naked woman on it. It repeats the same thing on the back as it does on the fron and also has a little more information such as it is from California Exotic Novelties, and that is Safe and Pure. There is a whole bunch of little jargon about trademark and addresses. The bottom even has the website address that you can use to register and all of your California Exotic Novelties items to ensure product warranty. I think I will pass for these balls, but it may be used in the future for a larger investment.
