This was a toy with a pleasant surprise. I was honestly just looking for a clit clamp. I really enjoy nipple clamps, so I decided to try one for the clit. I was a bit turned of my the bell, since I'm not a real cutesy person, and I figured I could always remove it if I wanted (more about that later). But it was the only one I could find, so I went for it.

My husband and I have a rule that he gets to help break in any new toy, so the first time I used this was just fine. It puts a great preasure on the clit, making me quite happy. Because my husband was worried about the lack of blood flow, we didn't use it long, but I quite enjoyed the sensations while we did play.

Later, though, when playing with it on my own, I discovered a couple of problems. First, for me at least, it is hard to get on by myself. I prefer to set the pinch level with my hand and then slide the ring up to match. But my apparent lack of coordination made this a big difficult. Second, since the grip is set by the level of squeeze you want, it doesn't always stay on with a lot of play. I found the mood interrupted as I had to stop and put it back on. I want to try again with my husband and will get back on this, to see if it's just my lack of coordination or a product problem.

Now, onto what I really liked about it. I think this toy has a two pronged advantage. It can put varying pressure on sensitive parts, and, because it cuts off blood flow, when taken off, those parts are then even more sensitive. Because of that, I (and others who like to push the limits of pain) need to be careful about wearing this too long.

Now back to the bell... I haven't really experimented with it much yet, but a couple of suggestions have had me reconsidering removing it. On another review, she suggested the fun of keeping the bell from ringing (see her review-Angels Got Their Wings), and another friend suggested the advantage of the bell letting your partner know where you are. This would be on the assumption that you leave it on and walk about with it. I think both sound fun, and it's got me thinking of other games to take advantage of the bell. The bell is small and fairly quiet, so it would be fine for behind closed doors. But it is loud enough to be heard if you want to play games with it. It has also been suggested as usable as nipple clamps. I'll have to get another to try that.

The clamp is made from metal and rubber tips. The tips slide off, so to clean them without getting the metal wet is easy, though the tips are small, so that kind of clean up could be a bit tricky. Soap and water work well for cleaning up, but since there's not really a way to cover the tips, you shouldn't share without being very careful. Though it may not be hard to find compatible tips if you want to used and dispose, though I'd make sure they work before throwing the old ones away. If the metal needs cleaned be sure to wipe it dry.

Now, even though I'll sound a bit stupid, for the opening of the package. Having never really seen or played with a clit clamp, I was kinda surprised not to see any instructions or care on it. So even though it's not nuclear science, I couldn't figure out the sliding ring for a bit because it looked like just part of the packaging-until I just pulled it off the packaging and was worried I'd broken it when one of the rubber tips slipped off. But they slip right back on, I had a brain jolt, and it was all good. It is small enough to take with you somewhere in the package or out.

I guess I still like it. I've tried to place it myself and have my husband place it, and it's still hard to get it in a good place that isn't going to possibly damage with long use. Though my husband did notice that if you tug on the bell, the ends have a tendency to slide out of the rubber tips which changes the pressure and hurts. We also tried this as a nipple clamp, and it didn't work terribly well since it wasn't an even pressure over the nipple. There is a matching set of nipple clamps that hopefully work better, so check those out.
