Bliss? Well...It's Pretty Close.

Is it bliss? It's close! Bliss pleases both the body, and the eyes, however there is still something to be desired. Power and feel, however, make up for what she lacks.

Use

Bliss is a gorgeous girl, that's for sure. She's shapely, and smooth, and comes in such beautiful colors. But how can you use bliss? Well, as it turns out, Bliss has a few different uses.

She can be used vaginally, however I must say that she did not hit the right spots for me. She was nice, and felt pretty good, however I needed more stimulation when using her vaginally. I do, however, think that Bliss would work wonderfully for most people.

Bliss can be used for clitoral stimulation -- which is, in fact, my favorite way to use her. The only problem with using her this way is if you need a lot of pressure, you're probably not going to get it. This is because Bliss is incredibly soft, and squishy. You can get some pressure, but I had difficultly getting a lot of it.

Bliss can be used on ones chest, and other areas of the body. I find Bliss to be quite pleasurable when held against my breasts, which was surprising, as I don't typically enjoy using vibrators on my breasts. Somehow, Bliss was nice. I think this may be due to how soft Bliss is.

Bliss should not be used anally, due to the fact that there is no base. It's just not worth the risk of getting her stuck. So if you want an anal toy, Bliss is not the girl for you.

Material / Texture

Bliss' body is made of silicone, making her very soft, and flexible. Silicone is one of the safest materials for the body, being rated a 10 on the safety scale. It is both phthalates and latex free, as well as being hypo-allergenic. Furthermore, silicone is non-porous. The end-cap is made out of plastic.

Unfortunately, Bliss is a lint magnet, so it is necessary for me to wash her before and after each use.

Bliss also has a bit of a drag to her, however it is nothing that a drop of water-based lubricant can't fix. There is one thing that does annoy me with Bliss, however, and that is the seam that goes along Bliss's sides. I cannot feel this seam with anything but my hand, but it's still moderately irritating.

For those of you interested in smell and taste, I didn't notice any from Bliss.

Design / Shape / Size

Bliss is very shapely, having little bulbs on the top half the toy. That said, Bliss is not the girl for those of you who need a lot of size. She is shapely, but she is more average-sized than anything else. She is 7 3/4" long, with less than 6" being insertable. She is also 1 3/8" in diameter -- so, relatively small. Her small size, and the fact she is very soft, make her a perfect toy for beginners.

The shape of this toy is very obvious. You could not pass this off as a back massager, or any other objects -- it looks like what it is - a vibrator. So, if you need to be discreet, and don't like to hide your toys? She's not what you're looking for. However, she's small, so she's very easy to hide.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Bliss is very easy to control. First, the batteries: They're easy to install. You simply unscrew the white cap, pull on the clear plastic tap to get the battery holder out, and install two AAA batteries. Put the battery holder back in, then screw the cap on -- and you are ready for some fun.

The on button is simply a push button that is located on the cap. This is a pretty convenient location, especially if you're using her internally. The on button is also the button that you press to cycle through the three vibration levels. Now, there is one flaw -- that is that there is no easy off button. So if you get interrupted? You need to cycle through vibration levels until she shuts off. It doesn't take long, but if you really need the toy off right then, it might be annoying.

That said, Bliss is really easy to hold, due to her size, and the fact that she is extremely lightweight. She has three vibration levels, all of which are very quiet, and pretty strong. Even the third, and strongest, vibration level is extremely quiet -- so if you need to keep your playtime quiet, you're in luck with Bliss.

Bliss is also completely waterproof -- and a lot of fun during bath time.

Care and Maintenance

Due to the fact that this toy is both waterproof, and silicone, it is extremely easy to clean. I simply clean it with antibacterial soap and water, which seems to get the job done.

Remember to take the batteries out when the toy is not in use, in order to ensure that #1, the batteries are not wasted, and that #2, your toy does not get damaged.

I store this toy in the same case that it came to me in, as the case is not much bigger than Bliss is. Bliss's package is a hard plastic container that is made up of three pieces. Firstly, there is the cover of the package, which is see-through. The cover doesn't have anything explicit on it, but being see-through, it's not discreet at all. The bottom of the container just screws on -- making it easy to open and close the container. There is one more piece to the container, however I threw that piece away. The third piece was just a simple little ring that went between the two parts of the vibrator. I threw this out as I felt it was a bit of a hassle, though the ring did hold the vibrator more firmly in the container.

Follow-up commentary
I have started to love Bliss so much that I have recently started to think that I need to buy another one, just in case anything ever happens to her.

I have taken her in the bathtub a number of times, and am happy to report that she has survived just fine. Her motor also seems to be still going strong, which is impressive considering how often I use her.
