The intended use of the Neo Vibe is for G-spot and clitoral stimulation. With two motors, the ability to bend the shaft, and bunches of tiny teasing nubs, one would think this unique toy would provide amazing pleasure. Not so much. The squishy material and odd shape make it hard to hold and control the way you want. The nubs aren't really designed for anything more then decoration. If you are extremely sensitive, you may be able to find some stimulation. It simply couldn't please me.

I used the Neo Vibe solo but if desired it could be a couples toy. Maybe with the addition of another person to position it better it could be hopeful but not likely. Personally, I would have been devastated to have it perform as it did in front of another.

The Neo Vibe is made from elastomer. The material is squishy soft. It's to the point were it is equal to something like a sea slug. In fact, I'm almost certain the Trembling Sea Slug or one of it's Nudibranch cousins are the inspiration behind this vibrator.

The tickler nubs covering the Neo Vibe are soft and since they are thinner, they simply bend and aren't able to add additional stimulation. They are so thin that they can be easily and accidentally ripped off, a thought that made insertion bothersome.

The smell of the Neo Vibe is overwhelming. Even after several cleanings it did not improve. I'm not able to tell you what it tasted like. It is simply too strong smelling for me to put it in my mouth without causing illness.

This vibrator actually weighs about a half a pound and is about 6.5 inches long with a diameter of 1-3/8 inch. There is an insertable surface of 4 inches. The vibe is also hypo-allergenic, latex free and phthalates free, but it is porous.

Neo Vibe was intended to offer g-spot and clitoral stimulation. The odd shape and overall design of the vibrator does not lend itself to accomplish these goals. You do have the ability to bend the Neo Vibe to better fit your body but it still falls short.

The Neo Vibe has two separate motors: one located in the top and the other in the base. The material diffuses and absorbs the vibrations, leaving the toy to produce very little vroom.

The quality of the toy is extremely poor. Mine actually arrived already missing a few of the nubs and the elastomer had holes around the base of the toy. It appeared to simply have been made with those flaws. Most vibrators have notices in their instructions not to continue use of an item if there are holes or tears present in the material.

In addition, in a second attempt at finding pleasure with the Neo Vibe, the base motor didn't even turn on. One use and it was dead.

The Neo Vibe has a controller with two dials. The top dial controls a motor located in the top of the toy and the bottom dial controls a motor located in the base of the toy. The dials simply turn to increase or decrease intensity. You do have the ability to turn one or the other off while still enjoying the vibrations which better serve you. If both are on it drains the power from the top motor. When only one is on at a time, the vibrations are stronger. After the bottom motor blew up, the top one went into high gear and sounds like it'll die soon too.

The Neo Vibe produces lots of sound but because of the material there isn't a whole lot of wow for all the noise you get. The vibrations feel extremely muffled and even at it's highest setting with direct clitoral stimulation, it was unable to provide me with anything more then a frustrated need to use a more accomplished vibrator.

Included with purchase are 3 AA batteries which are easily installed into the controller. The plastic battery cover on the controller is fairly weak so install with care or it could break.

A lot of care has to be taken in order to clean the Neo Vibe. It is made from elastomer so mild soap and warm water will do the trick for cleaning, but be sure to clean around all those nubs (without ripping them off). Keep in mind, despite impersonating a sea creature, it is not water friendly. Do not get the cord, motor access, or the controller wet.

Elastomer is a porous material so a condom would be recommended for any sharing with this toy.

With all Neo Vibe's bumpy little nubs you may want lube. With this material it is safe to use both silicone and water based lubes.

Also note that this is a lint collector so storage would be best in a toy pouch or some other barrier to limit lint exposure.

The Neo Vibe arrived in nothing inspirational for packaging; simply a flimsy clear plastic box. There were no instructions included that I could tell. There was a picture of the Neo Vibe in a multitude of colors and pictures showing the flexibility of the Neo Vibe but the writing was not in English and I'm unsure as to what it actually said. I would recommend getting an Eden toy pouch to use for storage.

There's almost nothing positive to share in my experience with the Neo Vibe. It did come with batteries that I will use in another toy. That's really about it.

The material was squishy and nasty. The nubs proved to be a useless irritation because I expected more from them. The smell was horrible. The sound was a terrible distraction and really made you think there should have been more bang. I was hoping the vibrations would be the last salvation. Then the motor died. The quality was a major disappointment. The overall experience with the Neo Vibe was not appealing.

You would probably use your time better in entertainment value to look up pictures of sea slugs then to bother with the Neo Vibe as a sex toy.
