Cute but basic

While this is a solid little toy, if you already have more than a couple of vibrators in your toy box it won't be anything new. The fairly strong vibrations and the waterproof capabilities make this pleasant but nothing to make it really stand out amongst its peers. Though it's nothing to write home about, I still feel like it deserves at least 4 stars for effort.

Use

This toy isn't going to be the most versatile choice out there, but the small size does make it very convenient. This would be a nice toy to travel with not only because it's compact, but also because if it gets lost or damaged it wasn't too expensive. It would also be a good choice if you have very limited space to store your toys.

This toy is mainly intended to be used externally. The small, pointed shape and size make it great to use clitorally, and the long body makes it fun to run between your labia. It's also great to be used on the nipples, but you can play around and use this for pinpoint vibrations on whatever erogenous zones you're into.

You also can use this toy for very shallow insertion. Unless you have a very shallow, easy to reach g-spot this isn't going to be your new favorite g-spot toy, but you can thrust with it a bit if you're so inclined. I have a shallow g-spot and even I can't use this to reach it, so I wouldn't recommend this vibrator if that's your intention.

I would NOT recommend this little vibrator for anal use. It doesn't have a flared base, a real handle to speak of, or a retrieval cord. Even more experienced anal users should be careful, because there is nothing to keep this from slipping inside of you and getting lost. I would personally recommend looking at some other anal safe toys that Eden offers if that's what you're shopping for.

Because it's so small and pointy, this wouldn't be a good toy to use for a full-body massage. If you want to use it to maybe massage your hands or a small area of your feet it might work okay, but a larger toy would do a better job, especially one with deeper vibrations.

If you're looking for a toy to introduce to a relationship as a couple, this would be an okay way to start. The small size and non-realistic shape won't intimidate anyone, and it would be hard to bruise your partner with this toy if you get too enthusiastic. It's also cheap enough that if they hate it and throw it off a cliff or something you'll only be down $14.

As a first toy overall, I might recommend something that can be used better for internal use as well as external use. While the small size and feminine design would make it a great place to start if you feel intimidated by a lot of the toys out there, it's just not versatile enough to be at the top of the "My first toy" recommendation list.

This toy also 100% passes Ryu's dorm seal of approval. The small size and easy to care for material make this great for living in a small area, and it's also waterproof and quiet enough to use in the public showers. If you're living in the college dormitories like myself, buzz away!

Material / Texture

This toy is made entirely out of a very firm plastic. Plastic is rated an 8 out of 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. It's one of the safest materials that you can use for a sex toy because it's nonporous and body safe, meaning that bacteria can't live inside of the surface and that it won't leak any nasty chemicals into your body while you're using it.

Plastic is also completely firm and isn't flexible at all. Because of this it's great for people who need to be able to put a lot of pressure behind a toy and like having more control over the stimulation. On the other hand, plastic does make it more easy to accidentally hurt yourself while using it because it's so rigid.

This toy also has a but of texture to it. The pink and the blue version of this both have different raised patterns on their bodies, but it's not enough of a difference that one would be able to easily feel the difference. The texture can be felt lightly in use externally, but when trying to thrust with this toy I really couldn't feel the texture at all.

I think that the texture of this toy would be good for someone looking to experiment with different feels to a toy, and it's good for people like myself who really don't like rougher designs on toys. If you're really into texture, this isn't going to be able to give you quite what you want in a toy.

Because of the raised floral design you might want to use a bit of lube if you're running the body of the toy between your labia, but it's not a must. If you do decide to add some artificial lubrication a little bit goes a long ways because the material itself has almost no drag.

Overall, I think that plastic is a great material for all types of users. While it might be too firm in a curved, thrusting toy for some, when it's used in a small toy not meant for thrusting it just allows the user to have a bit more control over the pressure. While the texture might not make this ideal for someones very first toy, it's not overwhelming enough that it will bother you unless you're very sensitive to raised designs.

Design / Shape / Size

Design wise, this is a very whimsical and cute toy. It doesn't look anatomical or realistic at all, and is feminine in feel and shape. It's not the best for a serious or dark setting, but if you're looking for something that isn't going to scare someone off the design of this toy is ideal.

In total, this toy is about 4 inches long. This is about twice as long as a 'standard' bullet, but still shorter than a 'traditional' vibrator. If you are holding this only by the bit below the silver ring, about 3 inches of this is insertable. It's also about 2.5 inches around, making this just a bit thicker than my finger.

This is a great size if you're looking for something to use clitorally that's easy to maneuver. The extra length makes it so that you don't end up getting finger cramps holding it for extended periods of time, and it also makes it easier to maneuver the way you want.

As stated above, this isn't the ideal toy for thrusting with. A light breeze could reach and stimulate my g-spot, but this is hard for even me to use for that purpose. It's good for warming up or for just stimulating the entrance to your vagina, but if you need anything specific at all to use for g-spotting I'd consider another toy.

If you left this vibrator out on your desk I'm pretty sure that no one would be able to ignore it. It looks obviously like a vibrator, even to those with minimal knowledge of what one is and can look like, so I'd do my best to stash this away from prying eyes.

This would be a great toy size and design to toss into your purse or overnighter. The material doesn't collect gunk too much, it's not going to take up a lot of room, and because it's a bit hard to turn on you won't start vibrating on the bus.

Overall, this is a very nice design for a toy. While I might suggest something more versatile for a first timer, between the cute appearance and small size I certainly wouldn't discourage anyone from getting this toy to try out. If you're a size queen this itsy bitsy toy is going to let you down, but otherwise I think that it's a great design.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Control wise, this toy doesn't have a lot of functions. You turn this toy on by pressing the small white button on the base of the toy. The button has a bit more drag than the rest of the material, so it's still easy to find and press even when your fingers are wet or slippery.

When you press the button once it turns on to the lowest setting. The lowest setting is about 2 vrooms and 2 bee, and is almost not able to be heard at an armslength away. When you press the button one more time it powers on to the high setting, which is about 3 vrooms and 2 bees. While this can certainly be heard an armslength away, it can't be heard over the public showers or through a thin wall. When you press the button one more time the toy powers off.

While I do appreciate having a low setting to help work up to the higher setting, it may still be a bit overwhelming if you're very sensitive clitorally. It's personally just powerful enough for me to use externally on the low setting, but not too powerful to be overwhelming.

The vibrations themselves are strongest in the front-middle of the shaft, but they transfer very well to the tip. They don't travel too well to the base where you hold the toy, so most people shouldn't have any trouble with it numbing your fingers. The vibrations are more buzzy than rumbly in this one.

The button placement might be a bad choice if you're planning to use this for thrusting, but I haven't had any problems with accidentally changing the settings. This is because the button is pretty darned hard to press. Often it takes me holding the toy in one hand and pressing the button with my finger on the other hand to change the setting or turn it off.

This toy is also entirely waterproof, as the name of the line implies. Not only is this toy 'shower safe,' but you also can use it for some fun times in the tub. This toy is waterproof because it has a thick o-ring around the battery compartment, so as long as you screw it on tight you're good to go.

Overall, this is a fairly good toy. The two settings are steady and strong, and it's waterproof. The buzzy vibrations aren't my favorite and it is a bit 'boring,' but unless you have a clit of steel I feel like this will be able to do the job for most women.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is also fairly easy to care for. If you use this to thrust with you might get 'gunk' stuck around where the floral design is, and the best way to care for this is to scrub it with an old toothbrush. A wet wipe and a toothpick also will do the trick, but that's a bit more time intensive.

Because the material has almost no drag to it, you can get away with only washing this after every use. I wash mine with an antibacterial toy cleaner, but soap and water or a toy wipe also work just fine. If you plan on switching users you should also wipe this down with a 10% bleach solution in order to disinfect it and prevent the spread of infection.

I keep this vibrator in a cool, dark place with the rest of my toys. Plastic is an inert material that can be used with any other toys and won't react with them, which also means that you can toss this into a box with any other toy and not have to worry. Similarly plastic is compatible with all types of lube, so you can just grab your favorite and not have to worry.

Packaging

As far as packaging goes, this doesn't wow me. It comes in a white and blue box with a small 'window' in the front where you can see the toy. On the front it lists that it is a waterproof vibrator and the name of the brand.

On the back, there is a couple in the throes of "Sex in the shower." It's not discreet at all, and it's even a little bit lewd looking. If you're gifting this to a conservative friend this wouldn't be a good package to wrap up at all. The back also doesn't have much other information about the toy other than the type of batteries that it takes and the fact that it's waterproof.

The toy also comes with a slip inside of it, but it's not informative about the toy at all. It's actually just a mini advertisement for the rest of the toys in this like intended to aid in shower time love making. If you're having trouble figuring out your vibrator, don't look to this pamphlet for help.

I wouldn't use this box for storage mainly because it's MUCH larger than the toy itself. If you have a whole lot of room or you're not planning to use this for a while it will hold up well to repeated opening and closings, but I personally would just throw it away.

Personal comments

Something I just want to highlight real fast is what type of batteries that this toy takes. It makes me happy to announce that this toy takes 1 AA battery. I LOVE it when a small toy like this takes 'normal' batteries because it's such a pain to have to keep around watch batteries in order to keep your cool new toys running.

Experience

I had heard so many rave reviews about this little guy that for the price I just HAD to add it to my cart. While I'm not unhappy with my purchase, it also didn't wow me. Out of the three reviews that are already on this product, I don't know that I can quite agree with the ones that are saying that it's "OMG" awesome.

If you don't have many toys in your toybox and are looking for something small and cheap, this would be a great bet. It's compact, it's quality, and it's also waterproof. If you're looking to get a toy to use as a couple this would also be a great place to start because it's not intimidating.

On the other hand if you're like me and have owned 150+ toys, you know the ins and outs, you have some favorites already, or even if you just own 10 or more toys, this isn't going to be anything new. I don't know why I don't just love this toy, I usually can go into it with the mindset of not owning many other vibrators, but this just leaves me wishing I had brought a different one with me to the showers.

Despite being waterproof, quiet, and fairly powerful I just can't bring myself to give this toy 5 stars. If I could I would give it 4.5 stars, but as it is I'm going with 4.
