Dangerous Curves Ahead....more fun with ToyFriend!

The Curvy is marketed as a G-Spot vibrator, enhanced by the bulbs of varying size which make up the shaft of the toy. It also serves as a great clitoral stimulator as well. The bulbs to a nice job of internally and externally stimulating, but may be hard to get used to for a beginning user. The Curvy takes some warming up to experience the full effect, so I would suggest using it with another toy, or bringing in Curvy after some nice foreplay.

The Curvy is great for solo or couples use. Since it is not super loud, it can be used in shared living situations, where you have a private room.

This was my third toy from ToyFriend, and I love the high quality of their products. As with the other toys, the Curvy is made of 100% silicone, which carries a safety rating of 10. In addition, it is made of food-grade material, is Hypo-allergenic, Latex free, Non-porous AND Phthalates free. SCORE! The Curvy is smooth to the touch, with no odor at all. It's bulbous shape adds to the sensations.

Although the material is super safe and suitable for beginners to use, I would recommend this toy for intermediate to advanced users. The silicone can create a drag, even if used with the appropriate water based lubricant. This drag is enhanced by the bulbous nature of the design. This may make use frustrating for a beginner.

The Curvy is fun and cute in design, with a vibrant lemon yellow color. It has a full length of 6", and insertable length of 4 3/4 inches and is 1 and 3/4 inches at it's largest diameter. Because it does not feature a flared base, Curvy should not be used for anal insertion.

If needed, it could easily be stuffed under a pillow or hidden in between the sheets should the need arise. Keep in mind, you must hold down the power button for two seconds for the toy to power down, otherwise you move smoothly through the series of vibrations.

I feel that beginners may have a hard time working with this toy and would be better suited to one of the other options ToyFriend has to offer. The bulbous nature of Curvy lends itself to intermediate or advanced users, in my opinion.

Curvy comes packaged with the required 2 AAA batteries. The battery compartment is clearly marked and easy to use. Make sure the compartment is closed tightly, especially if you want to take advantage of the waterproof function the Curvy offers. The push button, located on the base of the toy, is easy to use. It takes you through five different levels of vibration, listed here:

1) High steady Vibration
2) Low steady vibration
3) Slow pulses
4) Fast pulses
5) Fast back and forth surges

Holding down the power button for two seconds will turn off the curvy, allowing a smooth movement through out the patterns while in use. The vibrations travel well through out the toy, giving nice sensations while using. The noise is mild to moderate, increasing with the strength of vibrations. I did not use this toy underwater, but I have used other toys from this same collection with great success.

As will all the ToyFriend products I have used, the Curvy is super easy to take care of. It cleans up nicely with warm water and anti bacterial soap or an appropriate toy cleaner. Make sure you get around all the bulbs! Should you wish to sterilize your Curvy, you can use a 10% bleach solution. Take care when sharing, as the design does not lend itself to use with a condom or toy cover.

Watch out for that drag! Snap up some water based lubricant to make your Curvy experience more pleasurable.

The packaging is colorful, and therefore not to discreet. It is compact enough for storage, though. If you have storage box/drawer for your toys, keeping your Curvy in the box will help keep it clean and protected. It also comes with a plastic stand, should you wish to display your new Friend.
