Symphony G-harmony - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Evolved Novelties - review by ~LaUr3n~

The G-spot Harmony is a gorgeous toy! The royal purple is stunning and the scalloped and curved design is very stimulating. For a g-spot toy, it is a good size for many women. Shallowly inserted, it could hit the p-spot as well but shouldn't be used for deep anal penetration because the flared base isn't very large. Like many Evolved toys, this one is made of flexible TPR and has three steady speeds. This toy is also waterproof and comes in a lovely decorative tin that will protect your toy for as long as you own it. Unfortunately, this vibrator flexes a bit too much to really apply enough pressure to my g-spot.

Available in two Evolved signature colors, royal purple and vibrant blue, this toy is made of durable TPR. TPR is a 7 on Eden's safety scale. This material is latex and phthalate free as well as hypo-allergenic. It looks and sort of feels like jelly but it is a lot less sticky and toxic. It is also a lot more durable and returns to its original shape without distortion. it is somewhat porous, so it can harbor bacteria. Using a condom is a good idea if you are sharing or using this around the anal opening. The material has a slight smell to it at first. To me it smells like the foam that is in the packaging. It's not a strong or repulsive smell. The surface is very smooth. At first glance it looks like plastic, but it is a lot softer and flexible. It has a good amount of drag so lubricant is probably required for most.

The Symphony G-Harmony is a very non-intimidating g-spot toy. When I was first finding my g-spot with toys I always thought harsh curves looked painful. This one is gradual and does not completely turn up. On the underside of the shaft is a vertical ribbed design that reminds me of a seashell. It offers textural stimulation on the inside of the vaginal and can be used externally on the clit. The curve also makes reaching the clit easy.



It is 8 1/2" in total length. 6 1/2" of that is insertable which is a good amount of length for pretty much any g-spot. The curve is barely 1 1/2" long, so this toy is incredibly easy to insert. Including the curve, it pretty much has the same thickness throughout the entire length. The diameter is 1 1/2" pretty much on the nose, and the circumference is 4 3/8" around. I'd say the thickness is about average for cock, so most women will have absolutely no problem using this and it will satisfy many. At the base it does get slightly bigger increasing to 4 3/4" around, which mimics are real cock as it gets thicker towards the meatiest parts. A large bullet is located in the tip of the toy. Below that is 2" of completely solid TPR. The toy bends above and below this to about a 45 degree angle.

The base of the toy flares out and is made of matte plastic. It flares to a 5 5/8" circumference. At the very tip of the base there is a single push button. The plastic housing does unscrew to come off and the batteries can then be inserted in the part that slides out. It takes two AA batteries. The base says EVOLVED in white letters.

This toy is fairly traditional and obvious as a sexual probe.

The G-spot Harmony's vibrations are about as strong as most from Evolved that are in the same line. The highest level is probable strong enough for most, but won't be enough for the power mongers.

1. The first level is steady and medium low. The vibrations are strongest in the firs third of the vibrator and mostly in the curved portion. They travel to the middle part of the vibrators, but not to the base so your fingers won't go numb. The noise level is low and can't be heard through a door, it can barely be heard across a room.

2. The second level is a medium level. The noise level is still low and the vibration don't travel much further than they do in the first level. The vibrations are between buzzy and rumbly.

3. The third level is medium-high. It's not too high for me. In fact, I can finish to any of the levels without difficulty or pain. At this level the vibrations are strong enough to produce g-spot stimulation for me, but
not enough to finish me because of the design of the toy. If it were firmer, it would do it for me. Pressing the button again turns the toy off. The noise level might be heard through a door if not in contact with the body.

The Harmony is completely waterproof. It passed the tub and shower test. The noise does not get louder in the tub.

The G-Harmony is really easy to clean. It can be used with any lubricant and can be cleaned with soap and warm water or a toy cleaner. The ridges need a little extra attention because they can hold onto juices and lubricant. Remember to use a condom if you want to share. Let it dry and remove the batteries before storing. Don't store this next to materials of the same type. they can melt together.

Typical of all the toys I have from this Symphony line, it comes in a pretty red tin box. The top is thick plastic that is see through. It is attached to the rest of the tip with metal clasps that were not hard to open or close. From the side it is discreet and can be stored in the open if something is on top of it. it protects your toy well and stores nicely too. The back has a lot of information about the toy and there is a warranty information card on the inside where the toy is held in a foam cutout. It makes a nice gift.

The G-Harmony has a great shape for insertion and g-spot play, but every time I get close, the design fails be because it is a bit too flexible. I can't get the pressure I want. I still enjoy this toy and like it for g-spot teasing and for clitoral orgasms. The rubbing can't be felt all the much internally, but it works well externally. I do recommend it for women who don't require a lot of pressure because the vibrations work well and are very easily pin pointed to the g-spot. It is made well, relatively quiet, super easy to use, and comes with a great package.
