Spirit is a cute toy. But cute is all I am getting. Like other toys I have tried from Leaf, Spirit is far too powerful for me. My clitoris is hard to stimulate, so I assumed that no vibration could ever be too much. Well, Spirit made me go numb! I found myself having to use Spirit on a low level, but they were either too low or too high for me.

The design of these toys needs help. When I apply pressure to the toy against my body, the power levels shift up and down. The levels are gradual and they "roll". You shift up and down slowly by holding down the button. So it is impossible to just find a level and stay at that level for me, as my body requires pressure for an orgasm. For women who need less pressure and more intense vibrations, you may want to give this toy a try. I own several of Leaf's toys, and they all range the same power. The only real difference is the shapes.

Part of the reason this vibe is too intense for me is because the power is very pinpointed at the tip, making it overwhelming for my clitoris. I think the toy's vibrations are better off centered similar to the MiMi from Je Joue. I only say this because the power is so strong. If it packed a little less punch, we could get away with a pinpointed vibration area.

The charger is really cool in my mind. You actually insert it into the toy. I think it is awesome! It worries me a little when I clean the toy because I feel like I will get water inside. However, Leaf designed a hole that closes tightly when the charger is removed. So no worries there. Being made of medical grade Silicone, this toy is hygienic and can be washed with warm water and soap or compatible toy cleansers.

Spirit comes with a really cute mini-tote that is big enough to easily hold not only Spirit, but also the charger and another toy or two. There's even room for condoms and lubricant as well! I do love the bags and that is a nice touch.

One down side to this toy is tha the battery life sucks. The charge is two hours (not too bad) but play time is half an hour (horrible). I take a while to orgasm and every time I am almost there this toy dies. Even on low levels.

Spirit is quiet and only slightly louder than a cell phone's loudest vibrations. Spirit cannot be heard through a closed door. It can be heard from across the room or from under the covers. So if privacy is an issue, don't use this when people are super close to you. Such as in a dorm room or living room. Otherwise, play away.

Instructions are included in tons of different languages. Almost all of the questions I could ever think of asking are answered. The box Spirit comes in is made of recycled material. The brown and green colors of the packaging and toys has a nice Eco-Friendly feel which is respectable to many.
