Elbow length fingerless gloves - glove discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by KrissyNovacaine

I bought these for a costume for a speak easy party, and I won't be able to use them at all. To start, they are extremely itchy, but most importantly, they don't stay up at all.

They are theoretically made to sit a few inches below the elbow, give or take a little for arm length. They are fingerless and have a small lace trim on each finger that is really pretty. The lace design is really open, so I don't think that overheating would happen in these.

The lace on these is rough. I have sensitive skin, and when I put them on, the skin between my fingers was irritated. After about 5 minutes the skin on the bottom of my arms was also irritated. After washing they became a little softer but not much.

These gloves are basically tubes made out of non-stretch lace. This is a fundamental design flaw because arms aren't straight tubes. I am a tall, chubby girl, and these fall straight down to my wrists. I imagine it would be worse for a girl with thinner arms.

Additionally, these are strangely sewn in the fingers. They are made for each hand with a thumb, so they aren't interchangeable. The right handed glove is really tight in the index finger and the left handed glove is really tight in the pinky finger.

These are made from Nylon. Nylon is a synthetic material. It can be washed and dried on low. I would recommend washing these on delicate in the washing machine and drying on low.

The color of these is bright white, just like the product image and the lace pattern is also exactly the same. I didn't notice when I ordered them but the in the photo you can kind of tell that these are baggy on the model.

The only thing I can say positively about these is that they are in fact roughly glove shaped. Otherwise they are useless. Having them constantly fall down is a serious design flaw in my opinion. Not to mention how uncomfortable they are on my skin. I feel like these are completely not worth the money even if it is only a few bucks.

These are still awful, and I have no idea what I am going to do with them. They are useless as gloves. I hate throwing things away that I spent money on, but I may have to do that with these.
