Gym ball single - vaginal balls discontinued by Javida - review by etoileknight

The Javida Gym ball single is a very cute addition to any workout kit, however it does have its downfalls. The coloring and design are adorable and probably one of the main reasons I chose this toy over some of the other vaginal exercise toys on the market. The main issue with the design unfortunately is that the seams are quite noticeable. Even less sensitive users may experience some discomfort when inserting this toy. Using a water-based lube does help reduce friction from the seams. Do keep in mind that being partly silicone, silicone-based lubes are not safe to use with this product.

Being a single ball only, it is less intimidating for beginners and easier to work with for first time users. The issue with this is that, unlike similar gym balls, this product is very light. The weight inside of the ball is less than 0.5 oz which makes noticing the toy whilst inserted difficult. I used this toy as part of my daily routine and found that it did not add at all to stimulation or to training my muscles. If you're simply walking around and not doing rigorous jogging, vertical motion does not move the weight enough to make a difference.

The packaging of the toy is easily opened (no parts to cut or tear on the package) and can be used for storage after usage. Upon opening, the toy does have a slightly noticeable smell but it does dissipate with use. Being a silicone/plastic toy, it can be cleaned with only soap and water. Because it does not vibrate, no batteries are required. This is both a positive and negative for me. Extra stimulation with a vibrator would be better yet having something that doesn't need to be recharged or batteries to be replaced when you're on the go is an enticing factor.

Only to be used vaginally, the Javida Gym ball has a singular purpose. It does not work for massaging other areas or as an anal plug.
