Strike Up the Band!

The Siena Symphony is a diamond in the rough--not just a pretty face, but quite the powerhouse as well! Strong vibrations and multiple speed patterns that can be used in the bath will, uh, "sell out your theater", so to speak (I'm running out of musical puns).

Use

Before ordering the Siena Symphony, I was perusing EF for something with a little more variety than the other toys I owned; I'd used vibrators before that offered strong vibration, but nothing with the "je ne sai quoi" that I craved.

The Siena Symphony fed that craving. I'm not one to wax poetic about sex toys (or anything, really), but this is truly is a great toy that not only packed a punch, but delivered a break from the monotony of traditional vibrators that I'd become accustomed to. If you're looking for a toy to spice things up in the bedroom, then I'd definitely recommend the Siena Symphony.

Material / Texture

The Siena Symphony is made of body-safe Silicone that is easy to clean and smooth to the touch. Not only that, but the buttons at the base of the toy are also coated in a waterproof plastic that makes this toy a great shower buddy.

Upon opening this toy, it had a strong, unpleasant odor that I'd never smelt on a silicone toy before. The smell dropped off into a faint aroma after two washes, however, so I'd recommend washing this toy very well before use.

On the ridge of the toy meant for clitoral stimulation, there are marks that look like chicken scratches; personally, I don't know what these are for, because I didn't feel them during use, so I assume that they're for aesthetic purposes (although your mileage may vary).

Design / Shape / Size

When I first saw the Siena Symphony, the shape puzzled me; to be honest, I'd thought that insertion would not only be difficult, but extremely painful. I will admit that my first usage of this toy was slightly painful, but once I got used to the girth of it, the ridges provided excellent stimulation.

That being said, this toy isn't ideal for thrusting, in my opinion. Grinding my pelvis down onto the toy was much more comfortable, however, but experimenting with this toy yourself would be the best route; the thrusting may feel great for others, whereas it just made my pelvis hurt.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrations of the Siena Symphony travel mostly to the head of the toy--I didn't feel any vibration in the clitoral part, to be honest. That being said, this toy is extremely powerful where the vibrations do happen to be located.

The Siena Symphony is waterproof, and makes a funny little gurgling noise when you submerge it in a tub of water. I didn't think the vibrations felt as good underwater, but that might just be my anatomy and not necessarily indicative of anything about the toy.

The Siena Symphony has 10 speeds, and uses a push-pad to be operated. It's somewhat frustrating to scroll through all the settings before finding one you like (especially since many of the settings are similar), but it's not really an issue.

For a toy this strong and versatile, it's surprisingly not as loud as I thought it would be--don't get me wrong, it IS quite plaster-cracking on its highest vibration setting, but just put a blanket (or two, or three) over yourself when you use it to muffle the sound.

Care and Maintenance

Due to the Siena's waterproof, silicone design, cleaning this toy is easy; you can submerge the toy in hot water with mild soap, boil it, or pop it in the dishwasher.

The box that the Siena is packaged in proves great for storage due to its sturdiness and discreteness. Should you happen to throw out the box, a cloth pouch or a sandwich bag should work fine. That being said, never store silicone toys with other silicone toys, as it will damage your toy.

Packaging

The Siena Symphony is beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. It arrived tucked into a white box with a pamphlet fitted inside (inside of which was a humorous note thanking the customer for their patronage). This box is great for storage, and relatively discreet.

Also inside of the pamphlet is a guide for the different speeds that come with the Siena Symphony.
Follow-up commentary
I use this toy often; it's one of my bedroom staples! I use it for clitoral stimulation more so than G-spot stimulation now because the vibrations near the shaft didn't quite reach my clitoris when inserted, but other than that, this toy is still fantastic.
