The Janis is a flexible, smooth G-Spot stimulator featuring a fun, easy to use design. The curved shape and bulbous head made it very easy for me to hit the sweet spot, with it's bendy nature adding making it even simpler. Unless your G-Spot is super hidden, it should be fairly simple to find pleasure with Janis. Even if you can't hit the G, this toy can be used externally on the clitoris, labia or nipples.

It is not an intimidating size or design, which many beginners might appreciate. An intermediate or advanced user may be discouraged by the lack of variety in vibrations, as the toy only changes intensity and not pattern. Since the Janis is waterproof, feel free to take it in the tub or shower, making sure you have the battery compartment completely sealed. Have fun on your own or with your partner! The cool packaging also makes it a neat gift.

The shaft of the Janis is made from body safe silicone and is super smooth to the touch. The studs and handle are made from plastic. There was no unpleasant odor or taste to the toy. Nothing is worse than a stinky toy! Anyone, beginner and advanced alike, would be able to use Janis, since the material is safe. The silicone can drag a bit on the skin, so a water based lubricant can be used if needed. The smoothness of the toy feels great on the skin and conducts the vibrations well.

The design of the Janis is what first caught my attention. I love the look of it, especially in black.

It fit my body just right, hitting the G-Spot just like described. It also functioned well as a clitoral stimulator. The Janis features a total length of 7.5", with and insertable length of 3 3/4" and a diameter of 1 1/4". This was a nice size for me, but size queens or other advanced users might find it a tad unsatisfying in size. The size does make it fairly easy to conceal. It can be hidden under a blanket or pillow if needed, as long as you get the twist control turned off in time! Janis can fit inside a travel bag or carry on quite easily. Make sure you take out the batteries, though, so it does not turn on by accident while traveling.

As I stated earlier, the Janis only changes in the intensity of the vibrations, not patterns. This was perfectly fine with me, but it could leave some wanting more. A second toy, such as a small clitoral stimulator, could be easily used with it to enhance the experience. The vibrations travel well through the length of the toy, most intensely closer to the base. The Janis takes 3 AAA batteries (not included).

The lowest setting was not strong enough to do more than warm me up, but the medium-high settings were great. The intensity is quickly changed via a twist control at the base of the toy. The more intense the vibration, the louder the noise is. I would not recommend the Janis if privacy is an issue, as it could be heard under a blanket. It is not loud enough to be heard through a closed door, though. I did not test this toy under water, but had no issues with it during cleaning, so I am sure it would function well.

The Janis is super easy to clean and store. Simple wash it before and after each use with soap and water or toy cleaner. Since it cannot be boiled, be sure to use condoms or toy covers if you plan on sharing. I store mine, batteries removed, in it's original packaging. If needed, use a touch of water based lubricant with this toy. Do not use silicone, as it could damage the toy.

I love the packaging! The tattoo design is super cute and would make a great gift. It isn't discreet, though, so make sure to open the shipping container in private if needed. I use the package to store it in, along with the needed batteries.

I am very satisfied with the Janis. Based on my experience with it, I am very likely to add more of this collection to my toy box.
