Fetish Fantasy's vibrating panties have many uses. Wear them around the house while cleaning or doing chores to add a little spice to your daily routine. Slip them on thirty minutes or so prior to intercourse to set the mood. For the more daring amongst you, put these on under a pair of jeans and step out the house and into an adventure. These can even be worn underneath a harness for added stimulation. The places you can use these are limited only by your imagination and level of exhibition.

This vibrating panty is designed to stimulate the clitoris, though the bullet can be removed and used as a general external stimulator if desired. The bullet should not be inserted vaginally or anally.

This panty is part of the Elite series and comes in a kit. The kit includes the bullet, the silicone wrapping that holds the bullet in the panty, the panty, a silicone mask, toy cleaner, and lubricant.

Bullet and Wrap
The bullet is made of plastic with what appears to be a silicone button. Plastic is rated at an eight on EdenFantasys' safety scale. It has a glossy finish. Plastic is a hard material and is thus unforgiving in use. The bullet can be used by itself (without the wrapping). It is smooth with no added texture. It has no scent or taste.

The wrapping is made of silicone. Silicone rates a ten on the safety scale due to its non-porous nature. The material is soft with a good bit of drag to it. It is pliable and can be bent almost in half. It is not floppy, however, and maintains its shape unless pressure is applied to force it another way. The flexibility and soft touch of the material make it comfortable for long term wear in the panty.

The top of the wrap has four bumps on it. These bumps provided some added stimulation. Since the toy is not for insertion, the stimulation is not the same as you would get with bumps on an insertable toy. They are noticeable when worn, but do not seem to add too much extra to the wrap.



There is a silicone smell to the wrap, but it is only noticeable when held to the nose. There is no taste to the wrap.

The material and texture would be suitable for beginners or advanced users. The texture should not cause an issue to texture sensitive users as this will not be inserted.

Panty
The panty is made of 85% polyester and 15% spandex. The material has a somewhat shiny look to it when held to the light. It is average thickness - neither thick nor thin. It feels somewhat similar to bathing suit material only a bit less slick. It offers a lot of stretch due to the spandex component, however once stretched out it wants to pull back to the original size. The seams as well as the material itself are stretchy. The material is comfortable on the skin and not itchy. The front has two small pink bows near the hips. The back is done in bikini style.





There is a liner that has two elastic bands. These hold in the silicone wrap to make it a vibrating panty.



The size is listed as Queen and should fit up to a 44" waist as per the packaging. The panty measures 14" at the hip unstretched. It is 9" long. For reference, I have a 28" waist (average dress size 6) and this fit me snugly.

The total length of the wrap is 5.25". It is 1.5" in diameter at the widest point. Near the smaller end, it narrows to .5" in diameter. At the widest part, the wrap is 1 5/8" in height. The bullet measures 2 5/8" in length. The diameter is .75".

The size is big enough that the wrap is noticeable in the panty. The height makes it so that it reaches upward to hit the correct areas. The smaller end tapers down so the height is only in the areas it is needed. There is a fair amount of bulk to the wrap which may take some getting used to.

The bullet is average in size but points slightly at the tip to fit the wrap. It can be used by itself. When used by itself, it feels like a good size. Small enough to be easy to hold, big enough not to have to fumble around with.



Since the bullet is tapered slightly to fit the wrap, other bullets will not fit perfectly in the wrapping. You can exchange other bullets, but they will not fit exactly right like the one that comes with it does. The silicone material does allow for a snug enough fit to make it work even if the sizing is not a perfect match. Because the bullet is tailor made for the wrap, it can sometimes be hard to get it out. It nestles deeply in the wrap and the silicone has a pull to it that makes it want to stay in.



The wrap and bullet fit nicely into the panty. It fits in and removes easily via the elastic straps in the liner.



If left out, the bullet would be recognizable as a bullet. The wrap may be more discreet as it is not phallic or bullet shaped. You would have to come up with some other description for what it is, and it does not resemble many other objects.

The vibrating panty is easy to travel with. You could either wear it or pack it up. The whole set folded up takes up very little space.

The bullet operates on one button at the base of the vibrator. To turn on, press once. To cycle through the settings, press again. To turn off, cycle through the settings until you get through all of them and reach the end. The button is easy to press but not so much that there should be issues with it getting pressed during use.

There are seven settings to the bullet, of which three are constant vibrations. At the lowest setting, the bullet operates at a mid one vroom. At the second setting, it is a low two. At the highest setting, it is a high two. When placed in the wrap, the vibrations are dampened. These vibrations are best for the very sensitive or as a warm up or teaser.

The first pattern goes from the lowest to highest speed. The next is a moderate pulse. The next is a faster pulse. The last one is four pulses and a constant vibration.

The vibrations are midway between buzzy and rumbly. They should not be buzzy enough to irritate those who do not like buzzy vibrations. They are primarily surface level vibrations. The strongest vibrations are located in the tip of the bullet.

On the highest setting, the bullet is softer in noise than a cell phone's vibration. It can mostly be muffled by covers and cannot be heard through a closed door. More importantly with this particular toy, through clothes this can be heard by someone standing next to you. If you choose to wear this out will truly depend on how daring you are.

The bullet is protected by an O-ring. The O-ring is thin and comes off easily when the battery compartment is removed, so watch carefully for it when changing the batteries.

The bullet requires 3 AG13/LR44 batteries which are included in the package. The base of the bullet unscrews to reveal the battery compartment.

The bullet and wrap can be washed with soap and water or toy cleaner. Remove the bullet from the wrap when washing so that you can dry the inside of the wrap completely. There is toy cleaner included in the kit just in case you don't have any or are running low.

The panty should be hand washed in cold water. It should be dried flat and not placed in a drier. It should not be ironed.

Water based lubes should be used due to the silicone component of the wrap. Silicone lubes could potentially damage the silicone material.

This could be stored in the package it came in. If you choose not to do that, a dresser drawer or baggie would also suffice. Make sure to store all silicone parts away from other silicone toys as this could destroy the silicone material.

This kit comes packaged in a small box done in white and pink colors. The front says "Fetish Fantasy Elite" and has a picture of someone wearing the panty on the front as well as a small photo of someone wearing the included mask. It has a list of features about the toy. The back has detailed information about the toy and another photo of someone wearing the panty.





The packaging is not discreet due to the pictures and wording. It is small enough to be used for storage if you do not mind the images. There are no instructions included in the package.

This kit also includes a silicone mask, a lubricant, and a toy cleaner.

Mask
The silicone mask included is high quality. It is pink and because of the color will not block out light like a black mask would. It does block vision with the exception of a very small amount of area below the eyes. It is made of a stretchy silicone material that should fit most users. It is comfortable for long term wear and does not slip off easily.



Cleaner and Lubricant
The ingredients for the lubricant are:

When I got this, my big goal for it was to use it with my harness for pegging. It sort of worked for that, but the harness pushed up against the buttons too hard and kept changing the settings. It's not that the buttons are too easy to press because in any other circumstance I used this I didn't have that issue. Just in that particular instance it didn't quite pan out. It also tended to shift around a bit. It did add stimulation, which was the goal, it just wasn't the perfect ideal I had pictured in my head. I also think it would have been better with a different (more powerful) bullet.

I found that I got the most use out of this just wearing it around the house before intercourse or masturbation to put myself "in the mood." It was like getting a good warm up and being able to skip warm up toys or settings. I could wear this while getting ready for work in the morning and start my day on a good note. While the vibrations weren't powerful enough to bring me anywhere near orgasm, I could feel them as a tease which was stimulating both physically and mentally.

It is noteworthy that when I first wore these around my husband, from about three feet away he said, "What is that noise?" So these are probably not something you could use out of the house. If you have a very quiet bullet you could replace the one in here with, it may work.

After this review, I will be replacing the bullet this came with (likely with the Iconic Bullet since I cannot get my Tango to fit in sadly). The stronger bullet makes this a lot more effective. The Iconic Bullet seemed to fit better than some other bullets I tried, though not perfectly. It would have been really nice if my Tango fit.

I did find the wrap to be a bit bulky at first, but quickly got accustomed to the bulk after only a few moments of wearing it. I was able to move around and go about my day without being uncomfortable.

The panty was a little snug, which I find a bit silly considering these are Queen size and should fit "up to 44" waist," which I am not close to. It would have been nice if these were a tad bigger.
