Compared to a regular hand held masturbation sleeve of some kind, this does have some advantages. Since this is more substantial in size, it gives your hands other places to go. You can even be on top which is a nice change of pace for this type of solo activity. And since it's blown up it's quite soft and comfortable. Also it has very large boobs which look especially sexy while wearing something for fun. Standing up, on top, on bottom, even in the shower, there are lots of ways you can use this. The mouth is a bit looser and doesn't feel nearly as good as the other two openings. The anal opening doesn't look much different but does actually feel a tad tighter than the vagina. There is also a bit of the material on the two lower holes that doesn't quite fold back into the opening properly. It can stick out a bit and create an edge that can be just a little uncomfortable at times.

Overall, if you find the right position it can feel surprisingly nice. Especially laying down either on top or bottom.

The doll is a nice petite size, but still big enough to feel like something substantial. The openings feel nice. The feel much better than I thought it would be but they could feel a bit tighter, especially the mouth. For me though, the mouth opening just doesn't quite cut it. I think I would have rather had something more visually appealing when using the other openings. The boobs are nice and big and look especially great when wearing something sexy.

It comes with a small patch kit to fix any holes but I haven't had to use that so far. Because of the openings and how they fold in, it feels like they can be a bit tricky to clean. A little warm running water, mild soap, and a finger seems to do the job well though. Partially deflating it makes it easy to fold up and tuck away. And it re-inflates nicely and quickly as well.
