Glowing sleeves are probably the most fun you can have in a dark room with a stroker and your guy! The Glow Lips by Cal Exotics glows like a miniature nuclear reactor when exposed to any light source. Most of the guys I know have never thought that they needed a neon green, glowing, blowjob imitator. Arch was no exception, however, when he received the box he actually smiled and suggested we try it out that very night. I am used to both guys putting off the toy testing for as long as they can so this was a pleasant surprise!


The toy arrives in a simple light weight cardboard box that is meant to hang on a peg board. It is eye catching but not obscene. It is predominantly dark blue which contrasts nicely with the picture of the green glowing toy. There is a picture of a pretty blonde in a bikini to round off the cover.

In the top left corner we are advised that this toy is made of 'ultra pure skin material' which turns out to be TPR. This is fine by me as none of my TPR toys have given me fits like other super soft materials do. I have never had TPR mold, for instance. The TPR is super soft and has a powdery/spicy scent to it that I find pleasant. It doesn't bother Arch's super sensitive sinuses which is always a plus though he gave me a really funny look when I asked him to smell it. "Is this for my nose or my cock?" was his question.

The toy is SUPER stretchy and will fit any guy comfortably regardless of his width, if you are a longer gentleman you might find that you poke through the open bottom of the toy but Arch assured me that the opening was snug but pleasurable. It does make clean up easier, though it can be a mess so have a toy wipe or washcloth close by.

The stroker measures approximately 5.5 inches in length and a little over 7 inches around the widest part. The middle of the toy dips nearly an inch making it fit the average hand comfortably whether the had belongs to the owner of the penis or his partner. This design allows for more pressure to be applied just where you need it most. The opening of the toy is very small but the entire stroker is so very stretchy that it won't prove to be difficult for any man to penetrate this stroker.

The interior of the Glowing Lips Stroker is ridged and the ridges can be easily felt even when the stroker is lubed up. The lips on the toy are super life like, they even have the tiny lines, and they are shaped beautifully. We have turned the stroker inside out via the mouth and there are no cracks or any evidence of tearing. This is a TPR stroker, it picks up lint and is porous so for easy clean up or to prevent the spread of disease you could use a condom with it, especially if you share your toys. It will probably need a quick rinse off before use either way.

You can use any type of lube that you prefer with this toy but we've fond that water based lube cleans up easier. The stroker gets super slick with just a few drops of lube so bear that in mind. This toy has an open end so excess lube will leak out and make a large mess as well.

To clean the toy just run some warm water through the stroker. You can use a mild soap but nothing else is really necessary. It will not hold up to boiling and the dishwasher isn't going to clean out the inside of the toy. Bleach might cause damage so I would recommend not using it. A commercial toy cleaner followed by a warm water rinse is a good alternative to soap and water. Dry the toy thoroughly and dust with cornstarch before storing to keep it silky. With TPR the cornstarch isn't necessary but it does make the toy less sticky. We have turned the toy inside out to dry it and it hasn't cracked or torn yet.

Store in a toy pouch or the plastic bag it comes wrapped in a cool, dry, and dark area to preserve the glow in the dark properties.

Ladies just a word of advice: It will not please your man if you take his new friend and make it talk. The temptation will be overwhelming because the lips look almost disturbingly life like. Resist the urge because he will not be able to look at the toy seriously after the conversation...

I have be honest and say that the night almost didn't happen when I picked up the thing and realized it looked like either a scaled fish or a large but short earthworm. When I squeezed it and it made a gawd awful sound I collapsed in a fit of giggles which did nothing for Arch's arousal.

Arch also owns the Glow In The Dark Front Door and in his opinion the little hair like 'fingers' inside the sheath of the Front Door feel slightly better than the ridges of the Glow Lips. I guess it just depends on what type of texture you prefer!

Having gotten over the whole "OMG it glows in the dark" feature of this toy we have found that it simply is a good little stroker. It has held up well to repeated use and cleaning. It doesn't show any cracking or tearing despite some rather harsh treatment. It's a great little stroker made extra special buy the green glow!
