I'm going to focus on specifics of this particular Fleshlight product/sleeve; however, I went into a lot more detail on materials, cleaning, care, etc in my review of the Jenna Haze Forbidden Sleeve if you want to know those details.

First the sleeve uses the classic lady vaginal opening that is the opening that was used on their first sleeve, unlike the newer Fleshlight girls sleeves that feature prominent porn stars being used as the casting models for the opening mold. Inside the sleeve you have a texture that consists of long knobs all the way around that angle away from the opening. The result is such that when you insert they allow easy insertion, but then the texture pulls against you. This results in a very intense internal texture, which also requires significant reapplication and quantities of lube to prevent the sleeve from sticking to you. Personally, I've not enjoyed these more intense textures as it becomes costly to use this much lube regularly.

The interesting thing about this toy is the vibration feature, which had me very excited to get this toy. This toy might be quite enjoyable if you get off reasonably quickly; however, I usually take at least 30 minutes and have gone for multiple hours before orgasm while masturbating before. I had actually hoped the intensity of adding vibrations + the aggressive texture would have helped with this issue. I make this comment because of the provided vibrating bullets and issues with them in this context. The toy provides 3 small vibrating bullets that can be inserted into 3 special holder spots in the sleeve around the opening end of the toy. The fact that the vibrations are around the opening is a huge plus as I have another vibrating masturbator that the vibrations can barely be felt due to the vibrator being on the opposite end. These vibrating bullets each take three LR44 1.5V batteries, which means that 9 total batteries are needed to power all 3 vibrating bullets at the same time. If you are going the budget route you can get 10 of these for ~$0.18 per battery, so that means $1.62 to power the 3 vibrating bullets at the same time. And the vibrators for me lasted all of maybe 10 minutes once turned on.

This is the single biggest issue for me, the fact that I was going through 9 batteries every use and the toy didn't last long enough for me to really fully benefit from the vibrations. And it's not easy to start/stop the vibrations as the bullets are all inside the toy during use... which means stopping, removing the sleeve, pressing the button on each bullet to power it down or vice versa power it on mid use. I think if the toy was better designed such that it was rechargeable, could be easily toggled during use, and could hold a charge longer this vibrating feature would have been quite fun.
