Packaging/Storage: The box it comes in is 7 1/2 tall, 9 1/2 width and 4 inches deep. The front features an image of the star alongside the name of the product, and a picture of the toy. The front side states the toy is a genuine cast of Ayana's 2 holes, made in the USA out of "life-like futurotic material" (which is phthalate-free), and featuring multispeed double bullets and free powder. Both the right and left sides are extremely similar to one another, only displaying the name of the product, a photo of Ayana, the company logo, and the material. The back nearly matches the front, the only diffence between the two being the small summary: "Dive into my delicious pussy and ass, sculpted from my own hot ass booty. Inside, the masturbator, double bullets, and powder sample are all inside their own seperate clear plastic bags in a black square-shaped foam. Due to the large box and such, I believe it would be better to store the toy and accessories in a large ziploc or bag.

The lips look nice, but the coloring is a bit off; though from a distance they look beautifully colored, up-close you can see some red paint lines mixed in with the labia's color. The realism of the toy is somewhat ruined by the fact that the lips can't really move or spread apart. Both holes look nice, but obviously not as realistic as the real thing, though they still look just as tempting to get inside of. The top of the toy has a hole for easier cleaning, and 2 more holes in the back to insert the dual bullets. The box states this toy features 2 holes, and is true to its word, but there is only one tunnel. The vagina and anus become one so soon that only a bit of the material keeps them from being one massive hole. You can see yourself in the top through bottom hole, but this doesn't stop the toy from feeling wonderful. The bullets are 2 simple silver bullets with 2 seperate wires connecting to a grey dial-base controller. The controller opens from the back and lets you put the 2 AA batteries in there.

Smell/Taste/Sound: There is definitely a smell to this toy. It is a nasty smell, but you can't really smell it until you get close. If you've ever had a Fleshlight, this thing has pretty much the same smell. I refuse to taste toys when they have this bad smell so, obviously I didn't taste this one. Without bullets, makes a noise like other open-ended masturbator, which is only about 1 bee. With the bullets in, it's still about 1 bee but it has a vibrating sound this time.

Material/Cleaning/Lube: Futurotic is a very porous material that unfortunately only gets a 2/10 on the safety scale so it is difficult to keep clean and easy for germs and dirt to hide in. These toys should actually be cleaned before AND after every use with warm water and either toy cleaner or soap. You should also use cornstarch after it drys and store the toy in a cool, dark place individually. To add to the issues, the only lube this material can take without getting damaged is water-based lube.

Feel: This masturbator comes feeling somewhat sticky out of the box, and only gets stickier when wet. However, the free powder that comes along with it is very good for making the toy feel soft and lifelike. The vagina and ass have a nice tight-squeeze feel to them since the openings aren't very large. Although the holes share the same tunnel, this toy still feels wonderful. The tunnel features a ribbed texture inside that feels great and a nice tightness to it. Inside, the ass actually feels better than vaginal hole only due to the fact that the ass has a bit more space. It has a bit more weight than the average masturbator due to the fact that it is bigger, but that adds to the realism. Due to the larger size of this toy, it also feels a bit awkward to hold it, however the two bullets' holes can serve as holes to put your fingers in and help hold up the toy a bit better.
With the bullets: With both bullets inserted and on the highest vibration, I'd say it's about 4 vrooms. I can say right now, the bullets definitely makes a difference as it feels far better and offers a faster orgasm. When both bullets are inserted, there is one on each side of the tunnel you are in, thereby "encasing" you in the vibrations. I also find that when you go in "balls deep" into the vagina, the vibrations (which travels through the entire toy) help massage the balls through the ass if you push them up against it. However, this may also leave you out the open-end, depending on your length, still the bullets are a great edition to the toy.

As good as this was at first, the wow factor easily wears off. After the first week, the only real bonus to this toy is the vibrations, everything else gets dull. Part pof the main reason for this is the fact that clean up is a job. You have to remove the bullets, remove the batteries, rinse it, wash it, dry it, put cornstarch on it, ugh. It's so tiring to do all of this after using it, because as a boy, I'm already naturally tired and sleepy after orgasms.

Looking back, I would re-rate this a 3/5 just because of the tiring hassle of clean up.
