I Have Seen The Future

Meet your wang's new best friend. Or your boyfriend's wang, I suppose. Hey, if as a lady-type you can find a way to get off on a flip hole, then more power to you. Although nobody here will believe you without video evidence.

It is difficult to overstate the importance of this invention, perhaps even impossible. I would like to take a moment and hypothesize. Let us picture a man. An average man, a veritable everyman. This is, however, a lonely man. 'Lonely' lonely, if you catch my drift (and I think you do). He's horny, is what I'm getting at. Now, let us say that there are no willing women nearby for this man to woo. This is a man driven to desperation. Let us further imagine this man searching, looking, digging through his possessions for something, anything upon which can satiate himself. Discarding clothing, furniture, and small appliances, he finally settles on a sad, tattered length of bicycle inner tube. Never one to pass up a chance at adventure, and at this point so aroused that he is unable to see straight, he...well, I think we all know where this is going.

At this moment, I propose that we pause and consider this man's predicament. He knew what he wanted. He knew what he needed. He knew, somehow, that it did not yet exist. He begins a journey, a quest, do devise the perfect masturbation sleeve and in doing so ignites an entire industry. An industry that, it must be said, has with a few choice exceptions failed to live up to its promise. When this man began, he truly did not know what he sought, but somewhere, deep, deep within the most primitive parts of his brain, the pattern for perfection was already in place. And today, that that pattern is complete in the Tenga Flip Hole.

The material is a soft TPR silicone with lots of texture. Some find this version to be too soft; I enjoy it, but at times would like something stiffer. I plan to buy the black version very soon; I'll post a follow up with my impression of the differences.

You should know going in that the material is not intended to last indefinitely. Tenga says that with reasonable use and care it should last at least through 50 uses. I haven't used mine enough to comment but it seems sturdy and I've heard of people getting well over 100 uses.

The design looks for all the world like some type of modern sculpture. You could mistake it for a lamp until you looked for an on switch. You should have no problems hiding it from anyone who doesn't already know what it is.

The Flip Hole is pretty big for a sleeve - about as big around as the largest part of a Fleshlight and a couple of inches shorter. Suffice it to say, the Flip Hole will fill your hand while you fill the Flip hole.

The material is very flexible and should fit all but the girthiest of gentlemen. You poor bastards.

The interior of the Flip Hole is made up of several different textures. While they all feel good wherever they touch the purpose seems to be stimulating the head, which is okay by me. Tenga's site has a diagram with names for the textures if that's your thing. One thing that I really like is that the two sides are not symmetrical; rotating it 180 degrees makes it a completely different experience.

The intent here was not to replicate the natural feelings of sex. No, the researchers at Tenga looked at a vagina and thought, "we can do better than that!" and designed and interior specifically to feel as awesome as it possibly can. Successfully designed, I should have said. If these guys ever get around to making sex-bots, the species is doomed.

You do need a fair amount of water based lube - the package comes with three sample vials and each one is single use. Applying it is easy; just open it up, lay it flat, and pour the lube along the inside.

The only way this could be easier to clean is if someone else did it for you. No turning anything inside out and trying to clean all the squishy little crevasses. Just slide the holder off, flip it open, run it under your spray head, add a little gentle detergent, run it under the spray again, and you're done. It sits open on the stand to dry, so you'll want to have a place for that.

The packaging is pretty cool but not really reusable. Once you put the clip on for storage you don't really need anything to put this in anyway.

I've owned a Fleshlight, a Fleshlight Vibro, and a few other sleeves not worth naming and this hands down is my favorite. I went back and forth between this and the black version and decided to go with this one knowing that I would probably be getting the black one soon enough - and I was right, I have one on order now! Of course now there are the air versions, and the white hard version, and soon red, and silver...
