If You Can, Use the Batteries For Something More Functional

Stick with Trojan's free vibrating ring when you buy those big packages of condoms if you want a ring. It's the same quality, but at least the Trojan one's batteries are replaceable for the bullet, and the ring is stretchier.

Honestly, with this one, just find a way to take out the batteries, and use them on something more useful.

Use

For couples or solo users with another toy, a vibrating ring works out well. If you can't afford a rabbit, a ring on a vibrator is a cheap imitation. From newbies trying to introduce toys into their sex life, to more experienced couples looking for a gentler night... a vibrating ring works out well.

Material / Texture

This toy consists of a thick, stiff TPR silicone skin, which covers a little plastic cylindrical bullet. It doesn't smell, which is always a plus. However, the thickness and rigidness of the material muffled the bullets already weak vibrations.

This is nice and smooth -- save for the butterfly, which had little bumps on it. However, when it's wet, it gets a bit slippery, and it easily slides when trying to put it on. Also, when it's wet, the little nubs are barely noticeable.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The concept is great (a ring with a little nubbed butterfly), but everything else about it isn't. Although this was meant to be single use, other single use vibrating rings that I've used have allowed me to take out the battery.

This doesn't really fit comfortably on those with a normal girth, and it is a bit constricting. Again, the thickness of the material combined with the loosely held bullet led to a muffled vibration, when compared to other toys made of the same material that hug the vibrating cores. Unfortunately, for the same reason, the nubs on the butterfly were non-functional. Even with my extra sensitive clit, there was no stimulation; I couldn't feel anything except "something" touching it. Ironically, for such a small product with weak vibrations, this is pretty loud.

One of the more trivial problems I've had with this is that the arrow isn't properly held in place. It would turn, which would cause technical difficulties when trying to turn it on. I would push the switch, and the moment my finger left the button the vibrations ceased. Orienting the switch back into a straight position solves the problem, but the switch shouldn't be rotating -- especially if an improper orientation would cause the product to not perform the basic function of turning on and off properly.

Care and Maintenance

According to the packaging, this was meant as a one time use product. However, if you are unlike me and you disregard that advice often for items like this, you would take care of this exactly how you would with TPR silicone. Only use this with water-based lubricants, and clean it after every use (if there is more than one) with warm water and soap.

The little bullet's batteries can't be replaced from what I can tell, but when it runs out of juice you can easily just put your own bullet in.

Packaging

This came in a little package that looks like a condom wrapper. Unlike a condom wrapper, however, it wasn't as easy to open. I can normally open things with my teeth easily, but this took a little bit of effort to get off.

Unlike other products that I received, this actually had instructions: "Push the arrow in the direction it points to turn on."

Follow-up commentary
I'm not sure how I'm suppose to write a follow up review to this as it is a one time use item that I didn't purchase again, but I still don't like it. Again, every other vibrating ring, though disposable, can have their batteries replaced and not break for a while. This theoretically can do the former, but the latter you can't really help; also doing the former would probably make this not fit for 'playing with' anymore regardless.

I took a look at it a little while later and noticed, that this wasn't as water proof as it advertised as there was rust on the inside near the batteries.
