There were no English instructions, but the premise is pretty simple: apply lube, insert penis. The sleeve itself was wrapped in a bit of plastic and dusted with.. something.. that had a slightly perfumed scent. It came with a little unmarked bottle of lube.

My boyfriend used his own water-based lube, since, well, he didn't really know what was in that little bottle and preferred his own. It was easy to lube, and despite there being a hole in each end the lube mostly stayed inside if it was put in at the top - so there's not much mess. It has 'rings' on the outside that help maintain a good grip, and is overall very easy to handle and use.

The hole inside is VERY small. However, with a little practice it wasn't that hard for him to stretch it out enough for insertion. It kept a nice, tight grip, with little nubs/bumps for extra stimulation and grip. He quite liked the sensations it gave him - and I liked hearing him like it!

The material seamed durable, but my boyfriend tore it during his first use. He's well-endowed, so we were afraid of this. This sleeve is made from TPE, a slightly porous material. It shouldn't be shared without a condom since it can't be disinfected. It should be cleaned with soap and water, and dusted with cornstarch to keep its consistency. It is compatible with both silicone and water-based lubes; my boyfriend used a water-based lube and said it felt great.

Overall, I'd say this toy would be good for someone who's got an average or smaller girth, and an average length, but not for those who are well-endowed. It's inexpensive, and you get what you paid for. It was definitely worth the ~$3 I paid for it when EF had the huge fall sale, but I wouldn't buy one again.. unless I want to watch Rich's dick go hulk on it.
