This is an excellent toy for any guy who wants to up the ante for his solo play time or for anyone who would love to try Tenga's products, as this is a sterling example of what to expect from them. Both sides are deliciously stimulating to the shaft as would be expected, and this toy is a handheld powerhouse. It is a bit bigger than you may expect, I might mention- around the size of a heftier beer can- but it is not unwieldy.

The material of the Tenga cup is a hard plastic exterior with two soft openings under protective caps, one on each end. The cup feels sturdy to hold, which does prevent you from modifying your experience with pressure, but worry not. The cup's exterior is lined with lovely bristles on one side and pleasant wavy contours on the other. The bristled side seems to be a bit firmer, but it could just be the protrusions, while the wavy side is softer. The TPE interior is pleasing to the touch, but needs to be properly cleaned, and due to its porous nature, a condom should be used if you plan to share this toy.

The exterior design, as mentioned before, is fairly discreet, with the container giving no real indication as to its purpose. Strip off the cover and it could easily be a lotion bottle. The design is functional, with a air hole that can be sealed with a finger for increased suction. The interior size is a decent fit for those on the average side of size, though particularly thick men may have some difficulty with the device. My only complaint is that I wish the outside had some indentations or something to help maintain a solid grip on the cup.

The toy feels awesome, though my first usage was marred by the thin, wet lubricant stored in the sponge rings inside the cup lips. It's honestly the only real issue I had with the item, since it makes clean-up after usage a bit of a pain until the original lubricant runs out. After that, however, my enjoyment of the product improved immensely. The toy can get a bit noisy as you get a rhythm going, as the suction occasionally produces less than discreet sounds. While technically waterproof, I can't recommend taking this toy into the bath unless you're one of those sex-in-the-hot-tub types.

The cup is easy to care for, especially if you follow Tenga's instructions to use and dispose. For re-use, though, people with less disposable income will be happy to find that the cup comes apart with a little work, cleans easily, and goes back together. The material allows for a wide variety of lubricants that you can reapply to the lube rings. It can be stored anywhere, since the fairly innocuous design allows it to be left in the open without calling attention to itself. The material is TPE, so cleaning it properly is important, either with a toy cleaner or soap and warm water.

The packaging is as simple as it can get: an easily-removed or separated wrapper keeping the caps in place until used. It may not serve well as a gift-wrapping option, but, as far as being discreetly designed, it couldn't be better. This is one of those rare toys you could walk out of the toy shop with and not feel weird about someone seeing it in your hand. While it's not very informative, the use of such a thing is about as straightforward as it gets. I should mention that the ends are color-coded and labeled "sweet" and "bitter", giving you options if you have a preference.

This thing rocked my world after a few uses. Getting used to the toy is a bit of a factor, as is the drippy lube that makes the first few uses necessitate putting a towel under yourself if you want to prevent a spill. That being said, once broken in a bit, this cup is a toy worth keeping around.
