This is a fantastic read, Tristan makes a sometimes confusing topic not only understandable but fun. It starts out with some excellent advice and quite possibly my favorite statement of the book, that sex does not have to revolve around a penis, amen sister!! She encourages the reader to experiment and explore but not to pressure themselves with a must achieve goal. This is such a healthy attitude and it is continuously reflected throughout the entire book.

A brief anatomy lesson follows and slowly the information we all bought the book for is relayed. It's broken up with sexy stories and pictures, which helps to keep it from feeling too clinical. There are also toy reviews and suggestions which I found helpful. Different types of play are covered. Standard boy/girl, but also girl/girl and the ever so important but often forgotten solo play. The language is not overly sexual nor is it cold and clinical but easy to absorb, like talking with one of your girlfriends over drinks.

The book also talks about female ejaculation, which is a still very misunderstood and unstudied subject. No statements of absolution are made but good and solid advice on how to attempt to achieve a powerfully wet finish are supplied. Excellent clean up tips too. What echoes thru the book and is emphatically stated in this part is that this is not obtainable for every woman, nor is it desired or enjoyed by all. I believe this is important to remind those who can't squirt or don't like the way it feels that they are not any better or worse, just different.

Over all I found this book just enlightening. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a G spot or plays with someone who does. Results may vary but the journey should be fun either way.
