Lori Bryant-Woolidge, Personal Site is an amazing author, creator of Stiletto University, and a creative writing teacher. She offers writing classes and even has an Emmy for her writing. She also does individual writing courses and individual instruction in Stiletto University courses. This is her first non-fiction book and has many other fiction books available for purchase.

I have found her writing in this non-fiction book to be exceptional. The instructional value is great for anyone who really want to rebuild their confidence or brush up on some values that they need. This is NOT a self help book but a self betterment book. You aren't helping yourself do anything, you are bettering yourself for you and your future. I haven't had any prior experience reading anything from this author but would definitely read more of her work in the future.

The topic of this book is helping women get their sexy back. Helping women find a way to find sexy without being slutty or considered a whore. The writing style is more of a workbook than a self help book. I have found I love this book because it helps us women help ourselves instead of the book telling us what to do. There are lots of exercises to do and that really reinforces what you are learning. This book is great for women and transgendered women who are working on getting themselves back. Great for women who might have just had a child or a bad breakup who just need to find themselves again. This book reaches a wide variety of women no matter what they are in need of. This is also great to help those who already have their sexy keep up the sexy without finding they are losing it.

Design and layout are amazing. It's laid out as a workbook style book. Places for you to write, or you write in a notebook or journal of your own. There are exercises at each part in the book. The binding and quality are amazing. This is soft style cover book.

I have gone back to this book time and again to help reinforce the topics within this book. I think this is great even for the younger audience of women too.
