Mind Games
This book presents an interesting new take on a way to achieve orgasm. Unfortunately, it's not one that's for everyone. It requires a lot of dedication and focus, and is probably best for people who are already interested in things like meditation. Personally, I found that I didn't have the dedication to figure out how to do it.

Pros
Well designed book, attractive photos of couples.
Cons
Method described in the book requires a lot of focus and dedication.
The Orgasm Loop is a book focused on achieving orgasm though mental focusing exercises. Of course, the author does not discount the more standard methods of getting there, but presents the O Loop as an alternate method for women who are interested. She claims that more than 75% of women who master the technique have the ability to bring themselves to orgasm without touching themselves at all.
Reading through the mental exercises she describes, I can understand how they could work for some people. Her method seems to make sense in theory. The only problem, for me personally, is that I simply don't have the focus to really try the O Loop with the amount of dedication it seems to require. This is really a fault with me, not with the book, of course. If you're interested in this method, be sure that you have the time and will power to practice it. And let me know how it goes!
Things that I did like about the book included the tone of the writing. The author didn't seem to talk down to the reader or over-simplify things like some books I've read. Another positive was the photos. They were not overly explicit, but they did show an attractive male and female couple in a variety of sexual acts.
The book is divided up into five sections:
1. The Orgasm Loop: An introduction to the concept, some information about orgasm in general, and a breakdown of the mental steps the author suggests you follow.
2. The O Loop for Beginners: Information on masturbation, sex toys, and incorporating a partner after you've learned the o loop technique on your own.
3. Reaching Orgasm Every Time: Using the technique during oral sex and intercourse. A variety of positions are discussed.
4. Advanced O Looping: Sexy suggestions for how and when to use your new skills. This section was less useful, and seemed a bit more like something one might find in Cosmo.
5. The Special Needs O Loop: This section discusses the difficulty that women on antidepressants may have in attaining orgasm. Sex after 40 is also discussed, as well as solo sex. I found this section to be interesting, because this sort of topic is not always covered in this type of book.
Overall, this book probably isn't one that's for everyone. I'd suggest checking it out if you already have an interest in or experience with meditation or Eastern modes of thought that deals with things like energy flows. It would also be of interest to women looking to gain a different perspective on orgasm that isn't often discussed.
