The Pleasure's All Mine - bdsm toy by Carroll & Graff - review by Liberty Belle

When I originally chose to read the book, "The Pleasure's All Mine" by Joan Kelly, it was because the submissive life style turns me on and I figured this book would be a fun, cheap and dirty read without a lot of substance. This book ended up surprising me in several different ways; I was unable to put the book down, but not for the reasons I had originally anticipated.

"The Pleasure's All Mine" is a memoir written by a professional submissive. Joan Kelly, the writer (or more likely, her pen name), does an excellent job of telling her interesting story in a personable, well-written voice from a first person point of view. The book outlines her life as a sexual submissive, from her first submissive relationship to her career path as a submissive, the steps she took in between and all of the sexy adventures and dangerous realities that accompany her line of work.

This wasn't the down and dirty story I had hoped for when I originally purchased it, but it is a deliciously sexy tale and managed to engage my brain and hold my interest. The author does a great job describing the emotions, her desires and the physical feelings of her experiences and she had several clients that I would love to meet (and a few that I'm glad I will never meet). There were several scenes that I fantasized about later while masturbating, and a spanking scene that I even dog-eared for reading again (and again) later.

If you're looking for a smart, sexy book that's compelling and fun-to-read, I highly recommend Joan Kelly's "The Pleasure's All Mine." If you're looking for cheap and nasty (which is fun too!), this probably isn't it. This book was surprisingly well written and truly an enjoyable read and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
