JO H2O for women personal lubricant - lubricant discontinued by System JO - review by pinupzombie

So basically, this lube sucks pretty bad. I thought I would invest in it because it was meant for women especially, and since I have sensitive skin and, uh, sensitive parts, I thought I would give it a try. I originally ordered it because it was water based, so I could use it with a toy if I really wanted to, and it wouldn't stain my sheets. I also assumed that the ingredients would be more natural - oh boy, was I wrong.

This lube really isn't anything special, I prefer plain old KY Jelly over this overpriced nonsense. Not only is it VERY sticky, but it doesn't really provide much lubrication at all! In order to get any lubrication at all, in fact, you just have to reapply over and over, which isn't very practical. It really just provides a tacky feeling to my boyfriend's penis more than anything, which isn't really something I want. It most definitely does not have a "silicone feel" as the bottle claims.

Also, I thought that the pump top would be helpful in dispensing the lube - NOT. The lube barely comes out when you pump the top, and when it does, it ends up pouring down the edge of the bottle more than anything. What a waste! Also, this causes the bottle to get really slippery, which makes it even harder to use. Total mood killer for me.

For $14.99, this lube is way overpriced. I was expecting great results for the price of this stuff, and I got nothing! I would never, ever buy this junk again. It's probably just going to sit in my drawer. I'll probably just stick to my good old Ky Jelly or Astroglide X. Sorry Jo, but you just aren't worth it, especially with many other cheaper alternative that work WAY better!
