Milk made hydrating moisture milk - body moisturizer discontinued by Cake Beauty - review by Vanille

Milk-Made Moisture Milk is a spray-on body lotion by Cake Beauty. It's a perfect before or after bath/shower beauty tool and leaves your skin feeling soft and having a sweet raspberry/vanilla scent that is not overpowering. The scent lingers for a while, but starts to dissipate to the point where you would only smell it if you have your arm or a partner's neck directly under your nose.

The consistency is very thin, but not runny unless you apply a lot of product to one area. I found the consistency to be similar to watered down milk. (Drop a few ice cubes in your glass of milk and let them melt)

One thing I did not like about the texture of the Moisture Milk is that after it is applied and rubbed in, it is a bit sticky until it dries. This drove me nuts, especially on my hands. I did not notice any itchiness or other sensitivities with this product.

People with certain 'fragrance' sensitivities and those with coconut allergies may want to steer clear.


Cake Beauty products do not contain any parabens or triclosan. The products are not tested on animals and they are also manufactured in Canada.

Packaging

Milk-Made Moisturizing Milk comes in an 8.5oz spray bottle. The bottle is completely recyclable so if you have such facilities in your area, do Mother Earth a favour and recycle your bottle! It was contained in a plastic baggie during shipping to guard against leakage.

The packaging is very feminine-oriented, but guys, don't let that steer you away from this product, you're more than welcome to use it too!
