These are adjustable nipple clamps that operate much like clamps you might use in woodworking. They can be applied to any body part you prefer but are designed for nipple use. They are more suitable for advanced users as adjusting them can be quite tricky. They also really don't work unless you have pronounced, pencil eraser type nipples. People with flat areolos that harden during arousal will find these very challenging to work with.

These are sturdy chrome-plated metal clamps. They are cool to the touch and have no taste or smell. Because they are metal they could be used for some temperature play. Cold nipple clamps are just a bit meaner than room temperature ones. The plate of the clamp is smooth and the edges are rounded making them unlikely to dig in or abrade the skin.

The design of these presents some problems. Tightening the screw can be difficult if you must also hold the skin in the clamp at the same time. The adjustment is great when it works well but I found that the threads got slightly off sometimes and the clamps jammed. There is no closure on these so you have to get the tension just right to keep them in place. One good feature is that the chain is free moving around the back of the clamp so you have options open on how to orient them.

The weight of these clamps is pretty significant. They are not flimsy. That means that the chain between them causes some pleasant tugging when they are being warn. This was quite stimulating. One of the benefits of how these adjust is that they can be tightened easily without being removed.

However, I did not find that these stayed on very well. Rather, they slipped off easily when bumped against.

The clamps arrive in a simple blister pack. The package does not include detailed information but does have the following blurb on the back: "A wide range of sensations. Spartacus Press clamps adjust fluidly and effortlessly allowing for precision adjustments in intensity. A good fit for practically any nipple, Press clamps offer a wide range of adjustability for a full palette of sensations."

Overall, I found these clamps to be a royal pain in the ass because of my less pronounced nipples. Usually to get into clamps, I or my partner has to hold my skin in place while applying the clamp. Well, for me, these clamps required three hands to apply! One to hold my nipple. One to hold the clamp. And one to tighten the clamp into place. A spring-loaded clamp solves this problem easily.

They took 5 minutes to get on and then quickly fell off. My partner eventually gave up and just started using the chain as a violet wand toy. That was fun, at least!
