Breast balm - body moisturizer discontinued by Sensuous Beauty - review by Dawn (Lilac Distraction)

Sensuous Beauty's Breast Balm is an amazing, all-natural balm meant for breast massage. It is made from Sweet Almond oil, which is a great fabulous skin conditioner. This balm is also infused with Lady's Mantle, which helps to tone and rejuvenate skin. There are no added fragrances, as this balm is scented with pure essential oils and flower extracts. Violet flowers contain natural salicylic acid, and vitamins A and C. It is also infused with Vitamin E, and comes in a beeswax base. Because of the all-natural, organic ingredients, this balm is great for those with allergies to other skin products. Just when you think it couldn't get any better, this products is also "people tested", so it is kind to our furry friends.

This product is recommended for using for breast massage. Regular breast massage can aid in detoxifying the tissue and minimizing swelling, and pain during PMS. I've found that taking a small amount, and rubbing into the breast for a few minutes in a circular pattern is extremely effective and soothing to even the most painful PMS breasts. This would also help to soothe breast tenderness during pregnancy. It is also reported that breast massage helps to reduce bruising, and is great for after cancer treatments.

The Lady's Mantle helps to tone skin by aiding in the production of collagen and peptides, making this a great eye cream for those with sensitive skin. Because of the great moisture this product gives skin, it is a wonderful dry skin cream. Try it on rough patches, such as hands, elbows, feet and knees.

I have even used this product after shaving, to help moisturize and soothe irritated skin. It works great as a lip balm. It is great for tattoo aftercare. The uses are endless!

Breast Balm is thick, silky and smooth. It can be compared to a lip balm. It massages into skin beautifully. It leaves a slight bit of a waxy residue behind for a few moments, but it absorbed into the skin, leaving it wonderfully moisturized. The waxy feeling helps to lock in moisture, so it is great to use after bathing.

Take three fingers and swirl them around in the jar and you're good to go! Reapplication is super easy, and the balm is not messy in the slightest. An upside to it is that it also leaves your hands nice and soft.

This balm has a beautiful aroma. It is infused with pure flower extracts and essential oils, making the scent pure, and delicate. It is not overpowering at all, and I have found the scent to be extremely pleasing, and soothing. It adds enough scent to the skin that it can be used as a delicate perfume, but it should not interfere with other scents.

When using as a lip balm, the taste is much like the smell. I wouldn't recommend eating it, but it works well for putting on for bed.

This product as earned five stars because of how impressed with it I am! I received this product when I was in the midst of horrible PMS and had terribly sore breasts. I wasn't sure how much it would help that for me. I was more drawn to the all-natural moisture factor because I have very dry and sensitive skin. After I used this for breast massage, I can't keep my hands out of the jar! After my first massage (about three minutes on each side in a circular motion) my pain and tenderness was gone! I couldn't believe it! It provides such quick relief! The scent was also very calming and relaxing which helped to soothe my nerves, as well.

I started to look for other ways to use this stuff, as it is an amazing moisturizer. I tried it after shaving my lady parts and my underarms, because I am prone to bad razor burn and itchiness. I can say that it has helped tremendously! Whenever a little bit of itch creeps up, I put some of this stuff on and I'm good to go and smell like flowers!

It has also left my super dry skin incredibly soft and smooth. I constantly have chapped lips. Applying some of this before going to bed makes my lips kissably smooth.

Breast Balm comes in a beautiful 3oz. glass jar that is great for travel. It holds up to mild heat pretty well, but I would not leave it in a hot car. It is somewhat discreet, as well.
