Making love massage oil - oil discontinued by Beyond All Expectations - review by JE011

The making love massage oil is unlike any other massage oils we have ever tried. We were very pleased with this product. It is mainly made to be a massage oil, but could be used for a body oil as well. The product is great for couples or anyone who wants to get the most out of foreplay. We both had a long hard week at work and a night to ourselves with this massage oil made up for it. This product is great for a romantic night with just the two of you. We added some candles and some soft music and paired with the sweet scent from this oil made the experience amazing.

The oil poured right out of the container great and went on very smooth. To our surprise it did not become sticky at all. It seemed to absorb really quickly into the skin and left behind very little oil residue unlike most massage oils. We loved the fact that this massage oil left our skin feeling very silky and smooth afterwords. Since there was very little oil left on the skin there was relatively no mess, which made the clean up very easy. One thing we liked about it was that it was not too thick either. As far as the taste, we didn't taste anything. It wasn't that it was bad, it just really did not have a taste to it.


The ingredients included: Safflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vegetable Oil (and) Glyceryl Oleate (and) Propylene Glycol (and) t-Butyl Hydroquinone (and) Citric Acid, Saccharin, Ginseng and other Natural and Artificial Flavors.

One of the first things we noticed about this product was the smell. It wasn't like most massage oils because the aroma was very light. It has a light vanilla scent that reminded us of a vanilla candle. The smell seemed to add to the experience in a positive way making the massage all that more sensual.

We absolutely loved the performance of this product. Since the massage oil seemed to absorb rather quickly into the skin we had to use in total about the size of a quarters worth. When we first started, we had to reapply it a couple of times because it absorbed so quickly. After the initial reapply it held up really well and lasted the length of the massage. We purchased an 8 ounce bottle. Since then we have used it several times and it barley looks like we have touched the bottle. So, one bottle will last you a long time. It is massage oil, so we did wash it off afterwords, but it cleans up really easily. We probably could have avoided even washing it off. We really liked how smooth it went on, and the fact that there was no stickiness to it at all. We also really liked the smell it had.

The oil comes in an 8 ounce bottle with a white click top. The oil has a gold tint to it. As far as being discrete, the title is Making Love flavored oil. In other words, you may not want to leave it laying around for everyone to see, but other then that it is small enough to store. We did notice that after we opened it, there was a little oil on the outside of the bottle, but not to much. It looks like the click top may have leaked, or it was just residue that dripped down from when it was poured out into our hands. So you may want give it a quick wipe down before you put it away.

The product is marketed as being edible. We obviously didn't take a big swig of the oil, but after the massage that led to us getting started with the rest of our adventures. We didn't notice a taste to it at all. It wasn't bad or anything, it just seemed to just have a nothing taste. Which unlike most oils, you can't really kiss your partners body after the massage. So we really liked how we could go straight from the massage to foreplay and not have to wipe our bodies off in between.
