Making love massage oil - oil discontinued by Beyond All Expectations - review by SecretToyMan

Making Love Flavored Massage Oil is great for any occasion in which you want to give your partner a massage - whether it's erotic, or just because your muscles are sore. It has a delicious vanilla scent that my wife was absolutely fond of, and she actually threw out our KamaSutra body oil because she says this smells better. Do I agree? Hell yes, I do.

As far as allergy concerns, I would definitely check the ingredients.

Safflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Vegetable Oil (and) Glyceryl Oleate (and) Propylene Glycol (and) t-Butyl Hydroquinone (and) Citric Acid, Saccharin, Ginseng and other Natural and Artificial Flavors.

To me, most of it looks VERY safe. Coconut oil is something my wife uses on her skin because she reacts badly to some moisturizers. Avacado oil is what I use on my scalp to rid myself of dandruff (we live in Texas and the Cedar trees can make your scalp a mess!). Apricot Kernel Oil is something that is used in my Apricot Facial Scrub, and I personally have sensitive skin - it never bothers me. Safflower oil... Well, I've never used that to be honest.

Everything is really basic and natural except for artificial flavourings.

Although this is oil-based, it is quite thin and dry. I expected it to pour a little more slowly out of the bottle as I dispensed it onto my wife's back. I ended up with a slippery mess - but we still had fun anyway! It does feel very greasy while you use it, but it's hard to explain... It's a "dry greasy" type feeling. However, that's something we want in a massage oil. It does not get sticky, and eventually absorbs into the skin for the most part. Whatever is left can easily be soaked up by wiping down with a dry towel.

The pop-open cap makes dispensing this product quite easy. You do not have to give the bottle a squeeze at all since the oil is so thin. Your only worry is getting oil all over the outside of the bottle. Be sure to wipe it off after use.

The moisturizing properties of this oil are great, and we noticed no irritation after use.

There was both a scent and taste to this oil. I feel that the taste was just the right strength. Many products over-do the flavouring of an oil or lubricant. This usually results in the product being too sweet, tasting like chemicals, or just making you want to vomit altogether. This vanilla flavor was great. Not exactly natural tasting, but then again, it's artificially flavoured.

The scent was as if we were holding vanilla beans in our hands... My wife was in pure bliss. I massaged this product up her belly, across her ribs and all over her breasts. I could hear her breathing deeply in through her nose the entire time - she was definitely ready to make love. So the vanilla scent has wonderful aromatheraphy properties to get your loved one in the mood.

This product performs well for massage. I suppose one could use it as a lubricant if they wanted, but it's not going to get you anywhere as this is a more dry oil. I would shower after using this oil simply because you may or may not have an allergic reaction to it. My wife and I did not, but everyone is different. It really soaks in, and we were able to throw on our clothes and go on throughout the day without feeling sticky or "gross".

As far as what I liked best? Well, I loved the scent as well. Just as my wife was breathing deeply, I found myself breathing deeping as she massaged my perineum and the area around my penis. It not only made her massage feel ten times better, but the scent really had me getting in the mood as well. It creates a sort of sensual atmosphere that we both loved.

This product comes alone in the bottle shown in the picture. It is wrapped in clear plastic wrapping to avoid spills. There are no instructions or anything that come with it, but I think the use is pretty obvious. The bottle itself isn't really indiscreet, even though it says "Making Love". My wife and I both feel that it blends in well sitting next to other bathroom products and that no one would immediately notice it. Also, my wife has a perfume called "Making Love" and I think that it's just a popular name for products.

If you're worried you can just keep it in a cabinet or box. No big deal! The bottle is the length of my hand, and can fit in all of our cabinets at home. (Yes, I checked) So going by this fact, it's easy to store and perfect for travel. The lid is sturdy, no leaks. Even if you leave this laying on it's side, you wont come back later to find a mess of oil.

I would definitely say that my experience with this product was great. It brought that sensual feeling back to the bedroom with it's amazing vanilla aroma, and it allowed me to give my wife a lovely massage without dirtying her beloved bedsheets. Believe me, she can't stand it when she gets oil spots on her sheets. She also gave me a very erotic massage in return, and what man doesn't appreciate that?
