The use of this toy is very straight forward. These clamps are designed to produce pleasure/pain to whatever they are clamped on. These clamps are pretty much one size fits all, and are good for men or women. I would recommend them for the more advanced user since they are quite tight. These clamps are not adjustable, so they might not be suitable for the beginning user. As it was, we could not even attempt these clamps until we were very aroused. We did not try these clamps on anything but nipples because of how tight they are.

The tight squeeze clamps are made from pressed metal. There are no sharp edges to be found. They are padded out with rubber tips. On the set we received, one of the tips was loose. I fixed this with a spot of super glue. I would recommend double checking the tips when you are applying these clamps. The last thing you want is a sharp bit of metal sending you to the hospital to have a nipple reattached. These clamps have a small amount of texture on the tips in the form of bumps. These did not really add a lot of sensation but did help the clamps stay in place.

These clamps are of the typical clover clamp design. The chain is long enough to fit between most nipples and gives your partner something to pull if you want or need more sensation. Pulling on the chain does seem to make the clamps a little tighter. Other than that, these clamps are not adjustable. The jaws of the clamp open almost a half of an inch so they should be able to accommodate most nipples. I would imagine that on larger nipples the pressure would be very extreme.

Care and maintenance for the tight squeeze clamps is simple. They are metal and rubber so they can be cleaned with toy cleaner or soap and water. Storage is equally simple due to their small size.

The experience we had with the tight squeeze clamps was pretty intense. We did not apply the clamps until we were very aroused, so they did not have to be on for a long time. They certainly added a lot of sensation. We removed them upon climax, and the removal added a lot to the climax.
