Simply sensual shave trio - aftershave discontinued by Classic Erotica - review by Lady Neshamah

I am one of those people that has constant trouble with razor burn. Most shave products really don't help that much. Even the really pricey stuff doesn't help all the time. But I am always trying to find something that will help me out.

I picked up the Simply Sensual Shave Trio in the hopes that it will work with my burn. It comes with a very thick shaving cream, a light protection mist and an after shave and wax powder. The powder also comes with a little puff as an applicator. It is made out of; shaving creme: water (eau), cetyl alcohol, cetrimonium bromide, stearyl alcohol, hydroxethylcellulose, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, PEG-60 lanolin, aloe barbadensis leaf juice powder, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, hydrolyzed hair keratin, panthenol, allantoin, phenoxyethanol, sorbic acid, sodium hydroxide, fragrance (parfum) protection mist: water, glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, polysorbate 20, laendula angustifolia (lavender) flower/leaf/stem extract, cucumis sativus (cucumber) fruit extract, camellia sinensis leaf extract, chamomilla recutita (maticaria) flower extract, glycynhiza glarbal extract, glycyrrhiza glarbal (licorice) root extract, echinacea agustifolia extract, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ extract, rubus idaeus (raspberry) fruit extract, epilobium angustifolium flower/leaf/stem extract, lilum candidum bulb extract, salvia officinalis (sage) leaf extract, trifolium pratense (clover) flower extract, avena sativa (oat) kernel Eextract, and dipotas.

The shave cream is total fail. It took a lot to be even over the skin. So the bottle didn't last me long at all with trying to shave legs and what not. And I still ended up with razor burn with using this stuff. But I have to say that it did smell wonderful.

The protection mist stung a bit when I sprayed it on my freshly shaven legs. And it also didn't really help at all with the burn.

The powder was the only thing of the set that actually helped with the razor burn.

But one thing that works doesn't make it worth picking up again at all.
