Pulsa bath massager by Pipedream - review by Jessica Elizabeth

Vibrate your way to ecstasy!

While this won't work for a regular bath loufa if you're looking for something fun to add to your baths and/or showers this is it! I wouldn't use soap in it, but with just water it still feels great on the skin and can add some spice to your bath time!
good vibrations, not terribly loud, fun
Holds onto the soap, looses lather quickly.

This is both a vibrator and a loufa. So, it's supposed to wash you while also giving you vibrational sensations. Does it do that? Ohh yes. I was positively floored by how powerful the vibrations were. Of course it's also a tad loud. It does both; it washes and vibrates. Will it bring you to orgasm? Not me; it's way too big to hit my clit.

Who would this work for? Well, anybody really, who wants to put a little fun in their bath time.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The sponge is pretty soft, but that's all taken away by the hard motor inside.

It's actually quite large and that caused a problem for my boyfriend; he had a very hard time holding onto it, I just gripped it hard and that worked. You can only hold onto it from certain angles because of the battery compartment on the top of it. The vibrations do not create awkardness for holding onto it, unless you're pressing really hard they're absorbed by the sponge itself.

Taste / Aroma

I did not notice any scent and I so didn't put this in my mouth. Umm...since this is a loufa I can't think of anything else to say about the taste/aroma. I imagine this would be more for soap... it did seem to hold the aroma of my bath gel though.

The bathing aspect of this sponge is a bit unfortunate. The majority of the sponge is taken up by the vibrator, so when you press it against your skin you feel the hard innards that make up the motor. This really takes away from the joy of washing yourself with something buzzing away in your hand.

Also, if you put soap on it you're never, ever going to get all the soap out. Major downfall. It lathered...but the lather went away quickly even though the loufa kept hold of the soap.

It comes in a simple cardboard box, packaged inside a baggie. The box is not at all discreet. The product itself is though! It just looks like a unique bath sponge.

Personal comments

I got this because we were needing a new loufa and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately I think this is relegated just to me having fun in the bath; it won't work as a regular use bath puff. I am excited though to use this by myself during a sensual, erotic bath.

To use this bath loufa it takes 2 AA batteries inside the top. There's no on/off switch, you just turn the cap all the way. I recommend turning it quite a lot to keep the water out. I noticed that it does keep the water out very well; it looks like it gets into the cap but it never once got into the battery compartment.

When it's soaked with water it does retain whatever shape you squish it into by holding onto it. Eventually it'll puff back out.

It does not loose the soap well, which is unfortunate. I won't be using soap on it again I think.

It dries quickly if you squish it first to help remove excess water.
