Edenfantasys tote bag - storage container discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by VeganChick (is Gone)

I received this bag as a free gift with one of my orders. I'm all into using reusable bags; the more the better, right? This bag is made of a thin, non-woven fabric. It has a shiny black exterior that feels a little bit like plastic. On one side it has the Edenfantasys logo with "Sexy & Smart" written below it, all in hot pink and bright green. Underneath that in smaller text it says "facebook/twitter @edenfatnasys" in white. On the other side it has 18 Eden leaves in three rows that alternate between the same hot pink and bright green. Underneath the leaves, it says "edenfantasys.com."

My first impressions of this bag were that of disappointment. I was hoping it would be a little higher in quality, but it just felt cheap and flimsy. The bag is a very good size, measuring approximately 15x15 inches. However, when the bag is opened there is very little room across to hold things. It is very narrow, and lacking in any support on the bottom. There is no information about whether or not you can wash the bag, but I don't think I would, given that it so delicate. I recommend spot cleaning only.

I've used the bag several times for shopping, both for groceries and other household items. I find it to be a bit awkward because of the narrowness. Everything just kind of gets smashed together, and because the bag is so thin, things are easily knocked around. I like the bag and am glad I have it, especially since it was free. However, I think there are much higher quality tote bags out there. I've seen reusable bags at grocery stores with thicker material and bottom support for the same price, and for less. All in all, I think it is a cute bag and I love to represent Eden, it's just not my first pick when I need a reusable bag.
