Liberator Flip Ramp - position pillow by Liberator - review by Kallisto

We are continuing to find uses for the Liberator Flip ramp! We haven't explored all of the potential sex positions it provides, because we have stumbled across a few that we really like and we continually return to them. One of my favorite way to use it is to lie uphill, and have my husband hold my legs up or put them over his shoulders as he stands at the end. This position is sensational for me! Kneeling over the high end of the ramp for some doggie position fun is another favorite. On the flip side (ha ha) a position we tried that didn't work out too well for us was the regular missionary position; for some reason the angles did not work out for us.

More importantly for us, the flip ramp has turned out to be the perfect base for our Sybian. Because the ramp is so sturdy, we can place the Sybian on top and it stays firmly in place with no sagging or movement. This allows me to ride the Sybian without any additional stress on my knees, which had made the Sybian so increasingly difficult to use in recent years that we had almost stopped playing with it. With the flip ramp, the Sybian will now be a regular part of our play again! If this was the only thing we used the ramp for, I would be completely satisfied with it.

The craftsmanship is much better than I expected. The Flip ramp is well made and the foam is sturdier than I anticipated it would be. The cover is removable for washing, though we haven't done that yet. Typically we protect the cover with some plastic sheets or blankets; this is not a problem for us because we have been doing this for years on the bed anyway. As others have noted, the micro fiber is a lint magnet. We fold the ramp into it's cube shape and keep it covered with something, as it is a cat magnet too.

I really like the way the ramp folds into a cube and unfolds to it's ramp form. The hinge in the fabric cover seems sturdy, and the ramp stays in position (at least for us) when it's unfolded. I haven't noticed a problem with it moving around underneath us. Folded in a cube with the Sybian on top, it's rock solid.

The microfiber material on the outside is very soft and comfortable. All of the workmanship, seams, zippers, etc. were well done and I did not notice any flaws.

The Flip ramp's performance exceeded my expectations! As I noted before, it has a variety of uses for making different sex positions more comfortable, and has led us into a few we had not tried before. It's performance as a base for our Sybian is fantastic. I'm extremely satisfied with this product.

Some reviewers have commented that the Flip ramp does not perform that well when unfolded from its cubical shape. We did not experience this problem. For us, the ramp is solid when opened up.

The Flip ramp came in a large cardboard box with a plastic bag around it. The box is not really suitable for storage, but is good for anything you want to use a large cubical cardboard box for!

The ramp is not particularly small. When it is folded into a cube, it doesn't attract a lot of attention. I wouldn't really describe it as "discreet."

The cover is machine washable. I cannot comment on the ease of removal or washing because we have not had to do that yet. I don't anticipate we will need to wash it anytime soon because we keep it covered with a plastic sheet and a few towels when it's in use. If we did not protect it this way, we would be washing it every time we used it since I'm a bit on the squirty side.

I would say the ramp is not particularly easy to store, just due to it's size. When folded in a cube, the ramp is the size of a large foot stool, and therefore takes up space, though not too much.

I love the Liberator flip ramp and am really happy that we got it. This is probably our favorite Eden product so far.
