Edenfantasys tote bag - storage container discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by Peggi

While not too many stores ask you if you want paper or plastic, they certainly do offer plastic, or those great eco-friendly reusable bags! This is what I will be using the first Edenfantasys Tote Bag I received for! Although I do plan to get more for other purposes, this bag is great to take shopping with you to bring home some of your groceries!

Material, texture and appearance
The Edenfantasys tote itself is made of what the product page calls "Nonwoven fabric". This feels like a smooth plastic. If you've ever felt the reusable bags at stores that are made of a plastic-like material, this is exactly how it feels! It almost appears woven, despite their material information, and then coated in a shiny plastic all over the bag. The straps appear to be made out of the same fabric, but without the shiny coat on top! The bag itself is solid black. The "front" of the bag (the front as I'd consider it) says Smart & Sexy underneath the Edenfantasys logo, in the pink and green site colors. Below in white is a facebook/twitter link. The "back" of the bag has a pattern of the green/pink leaves the site uses as a logo atop the website address.

All in all, the bag is pretty discreet unless you read too much into it or know about this site.

Uses
This tote has quite a few uses! It can be used as I've done, for carrying some of your groceries instead of using plastic bags. This is good for the environment and it can be used time and time again! It can be used if you go to the beach and would be a fun way to carry your sunscreen, some drinks, maybe store your Edenfantasys beach towel, who knows what is inside! Also it can be used to hold books, lotions, makeup, whatever you want to keep in one location and don't feel like keeping in a drawer or bulky box! It could even be used to store toys if you don't mind the fact that it is easy to peek inside.

Care/Maintenance
The tote can easily be folded up and stored just about anywhere until it is ready to be used again! It isn't heavy, of course, and can even stay in your car once you've finished unloading your grocreies, so that you will always have it ready for your next trip to the store! Should it become dirty or something spills on it, simply take a damp washcloth and rub it off, and then dry the excess water off with a dry towel!

I always enjoy advertising for a site that I love so much! Taking this bag with me to the store, I didn't get any questions about it but who knows, maybe a few people noticed it as I walked out! I didn't buy a lot that day but I did manage to fit bread, lunch meat, cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, and some chips into it! Which makes me think that a perfect idea for this bag might also be to take food on a picnic!

I still like the EdenFantasys tote. I don't use it as often as I'd have liked when I first got it, but I do use it when I do light grocery shopping. When I go to the beach in the summer, I will be able to use it, but until then, I just keep one on hand, and don't use it as much as I'd thought.
