Edenfantasys tote bag - storage container discontinued by EdenFantasys - review by quackbuster

I initially only got this item because it was available at the time as a free gift and I figured I may as well accept it, but this is something I would have gladly paid for! I try to use tote bags when I'm out shopping since they are more environmentally friendly than plastic bags and are less likely to break. I usually pick up random freebie ones or grab some at the thrift store, so it's nice to have one that is from a company I actually like for once!

The bag is approximately 15"x15" and about 4" wide. The bottom doesn't have one of those cardboard-type inserts that some bags have in them, but it is firm enough to stand up on its own even when it's empty, which makes it very easy to load. The straps are long enough that you can comfortably hold it over your shoulder like a purse and the sizing is perfect (on me) to allow me to support the bottom with my arm while holding it that way, though whether or not you will be able to do that will depend on the length of your arm and torso. The straps appear to be attached quite firmly and I suspect it's able to hold quite a bit without breaking. I did a quick informal experiment and it appears that it's able to hold about as much as 3-4 traditional plastic grocery bags, though obviously that will differ depending on the weight and surface area of the items. I have found reusable totes to be vastly superior at holding heavy bottles of juice or soda, which often require plastic bags to be doubled but can fit in totes with room to spare!

The inside of the bag is layered with a thin, woven white fabric. The outside is made of a plastic-like shiny black waterproof material. One side has a repeating pattern of Eden's logo in pink and green with the site address on the bottom. The other side says "eden fantasys/Sexy & Smart" with the Twitter and Facebook addresses at the bottom. It's not glaringly obvious upon looking at the bag that it's from a sex toy website but there's always a chance someone could ask you about it, so if it's something you'd rather not discuss with a stranger, this might not be a bag you'd like to take out in public.

However, even if you're not using it for groceries, this is still a product with a myriad of uses. It's great for small items like books or DVDs and would be excellent to carry sunscreen and towels to a pool or beach. This site lists it in the category of sex toy storage and it is apropos for that! It could store quite a few toys loose, wrapped, or in boxes. I like keeping items like a sweater and spare phone charger in my car and something like this would be a perfect storage container for such an "emergency kit."

I have used this multiple times for groceries and it's worked great! I ordered another with my last purchase because I have found this one to be so useful.
