The System JO agape personal lubricant is a water based personal lubricant designed with women in mind. It is free of silicon, sulfates, and oil and is safe to use with condoms and with all toys. It's great for masturbation and partner sex alike! It has a silky smooth texture that is fairly long lasting and very very velvety. It's thick enough to be gel like and not runny, but it is quite thick enough to be a good anal lube. You only need a small amount of this lube--a little really does go a long way.

It is glycerin free, yay for those who are prone to yeast infections! But, it is full of parabens, which have been known to irritate some and has been linked to breast cancer. The ingredients are as follows: Methyl Paraben, Propylene Glycol, Propyl Paraben, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Purified Water.

The texture is very natural. It's not too thick and it's not to thin. It gives the skin a lovely slickness and does not run. It never clumps and never feels greasy. It feels great on the skin during use. I tested it by dabbing some on the back of my hand to see how much it runs. It beads really well and when I tilted it, it did move, helping facilitate the spread,but it really did not drip or run.

You can reactivate it with some water or spit. Otherwise, when it dries you won't even be able to notice it. It does leave behind a matte smoothness, but I couldn't even tell until I tested it on my hand. Now the back of my hand is nice and soft.

It also has no discernible smell. As for the taste...well, I can say that this lube is not meant for oral sex! In the name of science I tasted a little of it...and YUCK! It tasted like chemicals! It was very bitter, but not sweet confirmed it's glycerin free claim. I would avoid getting this one in your mouth. It's really not designed to be ingested.

This product lasted for the entire (solo) session. I didn't even need to reapply. I used one squeeze and it lasted for a good 45 minutes. It made everything silky and slick and oh so wonderful. It felt not only really good, but it felt really natural as well. I could barely even tell that I was using lube! As for the parabens, I'm not very sensitive, so I had no trouble with this lube. But if you are I would take caution.

After I was done, I didn't even need to wash off. I couldn't feel anything sticky or greasy. It just dried up and got absorbed into my skin!

The bottle is really nice and sturdy. It's professional and very sophisticated looking. However it does have a 'press' top and the bottle needs to be squeezed. The bottle is very thick, which is good for looks and for appearance, but it is hard to dispense and hard to accurately measure out. I have the 1 oz bottle which is like this, but the bigger size looks to have a very nice spray nozzle. It really didn't bother me much, the bottle is small and very discreet and for the price I would say very high quality. There is really nothing that screams "SEX" or even "LUBE". The big letters are AGAPE and JO WOMEN. The actual 'lubricant' is in small print.

Personally, I loved this lube. It's smooth as silk and leaves my skin feeling silky smooth afterwords. It really does make my solo time so much smoother and I never have to reapply. But I am still wary of the parabens. I feel that this is a perfect go to lube for any type of play and I love the sophisticated packaging. Really, this is the best lube I've tried so far, and if it didn't have parabens, I'd give it a full 5 stars.
