ID juicy lubricant - lubricant discontinued by I-D Lubricants - review by hmb12

I've only tried this lube in passion fruit, so I'm no expert, but I wasn't thrilled with the flavor or the quality. If I were to try this product again, I definitely would go for a different flavor, perhaps banana, peach, or tangerine. Passion fruit was a little dull. There wasn't much of a flavor as far as I could tell, and it didn't smell very good. There was definitely a lube smell, and it was not disguised by the flavor. However, that might be because of the flavor itself, like I said, I haven't yet tried the others.

As far as quality goes, this product was very watery and a bit runny. I realize this makes sense since it is water based lubricant, but I would suggest rubbing into your fingers first, and squirting out a little at a time. If you squirt it directly onto the area you need lubricated, you will find that it runs right into the crevices of your body, or onto the sheets. Despite these problems, I really enjoyed how gentle it was, and I was able to apply it anywhere... vagina, anus, my partner's penis. All areas were fine. Although I would especially recommend taking a shower as soon as I'm done with the product because I just feel awkward walking around all lubed up.

Overall, I found myself skipping on the lube during intercourse because it's a little bit of a hassle. My boyfriend says he could care less about whether we use it or not on any given day, just because it's not a huge help. So next time I look for a lube, I might end up purchasing a different brand. Still, I'm really interested in these other flavors, and I might end up buying it anyway just to try a variety. I love the cute, small packaging and the flavor ideas. I would say that's the best thing about the product as opposed to the other lubes I've seen.

I don't use this lube anymore. It's really not high-quality in terms of consistency, viscosity, and flavor. Maybe I'd like it if it were a different flavor, but I've found that I need something thicker and less runny. I'm also not sure this is the best thing to be putting on your skin, since it dries and gets a little sticky.
