It starts off as a thick gel, then as it is played with, it warms slightly and becomes more a smooth liquid. The condom that is included is a premium condom. It is a very basic condom, with no special features or anything. It gets the job done though, and keeps everyone safe, healthy, and baby-free! It is made of latex though, so those with allergies should not use this condom.
