Wet Synergy cool tingle - lubricant discontinued by Wet Lubricants - review by brandybaby

I have never used, or had to use lube. I was looking to add a little something to spice things up in the bedroom so I researched a lot of products, read a lot of reviews and finally after a lot of reading decided to try this product.

I liked that it was hypoallergenic and its silicone/water based, which makes the lube last for a long time and makes it easy wash off.

So we got the product and decided to try it out.

It comes in a nice, easy to use bottle that has a simple but effective pop-up cap that can be opened or closed with one hand, which makes for easy opening in the dark without having to fumble around with the bottle.

The consistency was nice, not too thick and went from gel to liquid rather quickly. It didn’t get sticky as I had heard some lubricants do, which is a plus.

The peppermint provides the tingling effect is what provides most of scent of the lube. I thought “ok, this I can handle.” Peppermint is a pleasant scent. This is not the scent it had, it was more like an icy-hot smell which I didn’t like, and it stayed strong for a long time. It said unflavored, but that was not the case. It had a rather unpleasant flavor that I can’t even describe. It also makes your tongue go numb, an effect I do not recommend.

As for the cooling and tingling effect, that was not the case. It was nothing like that. It was so much more intense than that and very unpleasant. This was not the right lube for me. I do not recommend it for the first time lube user or anyone else.

Upon receiving this product I was so excited to try it. We took it out of the box. The bottle was pleasing black and blue... and read “cool and tingling,” loved the sound of that. Opened the bottle and got some on my finger. The viscosity was amazing. Thinking I was in for a treat, decided to try it out right away . As soon as the lube was applied to my vaginal area, that’s where all went downhill from there! Hell fire and damnation!! “Cooling and tingling” my foot! I felt like I was on fire. There was no “cooling” about it. Needless to say, we will never use it again.
