The personal lubricant has several purposes. Everybody probably already knows the uses/benefits of using them. I'll shout out a few ways we know of.

Besides for getting off the ring that stuck on your finger, there are a few sexual uses. Its main purpose is to reduce friction.

Lubricant on the clitoris will make rubbing and vibrators more effective and enjoyable. A lubed smooth moving finger(s) will do a much better job. Same for clit arms and wands when they are used on the happy button. Lube can increase the sensation several times over.

Lube is a great aid for vaginas not adequately aroused. And vaginas not producing enough natural lubrication. Especially useful for women going through menopause. And, of course, helpful for larger toys or penises. Lube enables the thrusting action to be faster, and I know everyone enjoys that.

Lube also will aid in making a tighter seal on toys. For example a sucking toy like the Edenfantasys Air Flirt. This has a clit suction tube. Applying lube around the tube will create a better suction and more pleasure.

Lube is also for men. It's a must with penile masturbators of any make or sort. Not just for movement but also aids the seal.

Lube can also help decrease the likelihood of condom breakage. Also putting a little in tip/reservoir of the condom will increase the sensitivity of a penis head.

Last but not least, personal lubricant is a must for anal play. Whether with actual penises or with toys, personal lubricant is a must use for backdoor play.

Lubricants can be water or silicone-based. Silicone ones are generally thicker and silkier feeling. Water-based are made of mostly water. Water-based lubes will be much easier to clean off. Water-based lubricants can be used on any toys whereas silicone-based cannot be used on silicone. Using silicone-based lubes can deteriorate silicone toys.

This EdenFantanys personal lubricant is water-based and on the thin side. It will run when dispensed. You will need to squeeze the bottle to get it out, though. It doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It is not so thin that it will come off under a running faucet. You will still need to rub it to get it off.

The best way to apply this is to squeeze a small amount then spread it around. It will cover quite nicely and provide a slippery feel.

As the pics show, EF brand is best for "movement motion" uses. Meaning for thrusting or any play involving movement.

This lube tastes sweet. That's a big plus! Anyone who ever tasted bitter or sour lube knows what I'm talking about. It has a faint fruity smell. To smell it one would have to put nose right up to it.

This worked well for several of our toys and the actual body uses.

I used it on my Aneros MGX: used 4-5 drops; went 70 mins of stimulation and did not need to reapply.
Njoy PP large : few drops, spread around the top 1/4 and went in easily.
Njoy 2.0 : 5 drops, spread around 1/3 of it. Went in easily.

Anal intercourse: haven't tried yet and probably won't. We need thicker specialty gel for that. We're kind of tight down there. (Wink) Plugs yes. Thrusting, well we use thick stuff like gel or a brand of cum lube.

This came in a plastic bag inside a box with some lingerie. Before first use, you need to remove the seal under the dispenser cap. To dispense push one side of top down, another side will pop up. It doesn't pour out. You will need to squeeze it gently. When closed it is very secure. One should have no fears of this spilling or leaking if tossed into a suitcase or handbag.

This is not a warming lube or one of those edible ones. It just reduces friction and aids one's vaginal natural lubrication. It is great for use on plugs and toys not utilizing a lot of in and out motion.
