All you need is about a 'dime-size' amount of this lube and your good to go. We all know that after a while most lubes 'wear out'. The best thing about ID Glide is this... it's long lasting. Because it is water-based, it comes back to life with just one shot of water. I keep a small squirt bottle with the lube at all times. It can get a little sticky if you use too little at first. Either add a little more or use water to bring it back to being "slick". I have used many different companies in the past trying to find one I liked and had many ways it could be used.
