Pure passion - gel discontinued by LIfestyle Ventures - review by unfulfilled

Pure Passion is a clitoral arousal gel that helps the clitoris to become more sensitive and aroused. I use an arousal gel everytime I play with my partner or with my toys because I like how they help speed things up.

Instructions According to a little tag that was placed around the bottle, place two depresses of gel from the bottle onto a finger tip. Apply gently directly onto the clitoris. Finger massage for at least three minutes and continue foreplay. There will be a cooling and then a warming sensation. Reapply as desired. The funny thing about these instructions was the depressions part. My bottle did not have tube for the arousal gel to go through so I could pump the product out. I had to unscrew the lid and pour the amount that I wished into my hand and then use my fingers to stimulate myself. I was fortunate that this bottle did have a screw cap as well because some of my arousal gels do not and I would have been having to find creative ways to get the product out.

Warnings If irritation occurs wash with soap and water and discontinue use. It is not meant for women who are pregnant, nursing, or have a STD.

Ingredients Purified water, Propylene Glycol,Arginine HCL, Citric acid, Guar Gum, Natural Menthol Crystals, Xanthum Gum, Wild Yam extract, Guarana Seed extract, Damiana extract, Niacinamide, propylparaben, and natural color and flavor.

As you can see it does contain parabens so if you are sensitive to these, I do not recommend using this product.

As I mentioned in my opening remarks, this is supposed to be a pump gel but mine came without the pump. I don't mind though because it is very easy to pour out of the bottle.

The gel is thicker in consistency than some of the other arousal gels and creams that I have tried. Here's a picture of it with the Rain of love and Crazy Girl Intense Orgasm Gel. From left to right is the Crazy Girl Intense Orgasm Gel, Rain of Love, and then Pure Passion.



Once applied, it stays in place and does not leak, run, or drip. On the skin it does not feel sticky or greasy at all.

This faintly smells like cherries but it is not an overwhelming cherry smell that could cause those sensitive to smells headaches. When tasting it, it has a cherry like taste with a somewhat chemical aftertaste with it. It is not disgusting by any means because my husband and I have had worse arousal gels before. If you happen to have oral after applying this I am told that it tastes sweet. I had applied this one day to test out a new toy because I was impatient for the hubby to come home from work, and later that day before I had a shower my husband commented I had used my gel today because I tasted sweeter than normal.

This is one of my favorite arousal gels, but I wish it did not have parabens in it or that it is discontinued from here. As the instructions suggest I feel a cooling sensation when applying the arousal gel. I never feel the warming sensation, but I can tell that it is helping me become aroused. When used with a toy, I still feel the cooling sensation. If you use a toy, the red color of the cream can appear on your toy so just make sure to clean the toy thoroughly before putting it away.

I generally do not have to reapply this arousal gel and it lasts a good twenty-five to thirty minute solo session. If I want to hurry things up, I sometimes reapply but it is not necessary.

For cleanup, I just use my normal bathing methods and do not have any issues with it staying on my skin.

This came shipped to me in a plastic bag wrapped around the end. The bottle is 0.5 fl oz and tends to cake up near the bottom of the product and along the top where the gel has dried when I'm pouring it out of the bottle. The bottle is hard plastic and nothing special. The instructions were included in a little paper insert that was looped around the bottle cap.

I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because mine did not have the pump part included and because it has a tendency to cake/clump up. Other than that the product is a 5 star product for me.

I'm on the lookout for a new arousal gel because I only have just a little bit left of this one and am sad that it is discontinued. I would have been more impressed if the bottle actually had a working pump, but I can't complain about the product itself because it delivers everything that I am asking from it and that's alot. I'm very hard to stimulate and require arousal gels to help speed up the process and I think the combination of ingredients in this is wonderful.
