Slippery when wet!

I loved using ID Glide because it took the pain from friction out of intercourse. The one thing I wish ID Glide did to change their lubes, is to make it more sperm friendly so that I wouldn't have to buy a more expensive lube that is!

Use

I love using this lube. It's easy to apply, where ever you plan on using it. I didn't find it too sticky and it kept everything pretty slick, but not too slick to where you couldn't feel anything. If things went a little dry after a little pump action (which was rare), my husband and I found that adding a little spit to the concoction, helped to make things slick again. I have used this for vaginal penetration as well as anal penetration.

When my husband wanted to go at it alone, this helped him to make stoking much easier (with the right amount) than using lotion, spit or something cloth like.

I find this lube to be perfect for male or females. Neither my husband, nor I had any type of bad experience while using ID Glide, nor after using it. I would suggest using small amounts though because using too much can leave a nice sized wet spot where the deed is being done! Less is more, and spit/water can help if things get a bit dry.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of this lube is pretty pleasurable, it's smooth and doesn't come out in chunks or become chunky after extended moments of non-use. This lube is also at the perfect thickness and viscosity (in my opinion), it isn't too thick nor too runny.

Taste / Aroma

I don't know about the taste of this lube since I have never ingested it but I did find it to have a pleasing aroma. I find the smell of this lube reminds me of the ultrasound lube that hospitals and ob-gyns use, which I happen to like!

Performance

The first bottle of ID Glide that I received was a 5.5oz bottle, with intercourse between 3-5 times a week, it lasted me a good year! As long as you use the correct amount and don't over use it, then I find it could last longer than that, if you are using it 3-5 times a week! I would naturally say to wash it off after using it, since you are already going to clean yourself up after sex anyways and it washes off easily! The only thing negative that I will say about this product, is that for women who are trying to become pregnant, it is best not to use a lube since it can hinder the mobility of sperm. Other than that, I LOVE this lube!
    • Feels natural
    • Long lasting

Packaging

The last time I purchased ID Glide, it was at a "toy" store and was sitting on the shelf without a box (it might be different at other places of purchase), the cap had to be unscrewed and have the protective seal pealed off before use.
    • Can be opened with one hand
    • Easy to use / dispense
    • Travel friendly

Special Features

The special properties this lube has is if it goes dry after a little time has passed, while using it, you can just add a bit of water or some spit to it and it will come back to life! As far as sensation, put it this way, your lady friend's "flower" won't feel wilted after intercourse while using this lube, because of friction when she is feeling a bit dry. If your are a guy, well, my husband never complained of getting a friction burn, or his "tool" feeling raw, since using this product.

What is in it that is bad for sperm? Do you know?

While it might be bad for women trying to get pregnant, it sounds like a good thing for girls like me who are trying NOT to!!

KJ: I don't know which chemical that is in it that is bad for sperm, but this lube isn't the only one. There are a few expensive ones that were made with sperm in mind (which sadly is not sold here). You and anyone else wondering this, can google it.
