Holiday petticoat - petticoat discontinued by Coquette - review by Stephanie Marie

This is a good piece of clothing. A petticoat is traditionally worn under skirts or dresses. That is not needed though. I wear it with corsets in the bedroom. It is see through, so I don't recommend wearing it other places. Only part not see through is the stretchy part around the waist. I love the red, you really can't see it well in the pictures due to my camera.

Anyone who wants to add something in the bedroom would like this. It goes wonderfully with corsets! If you have a issue with being totally nude in the bedroom, then this is for you!

This has a four layers of a netting, the top layer also has feathers on the bottom. Around the waist is a stretchy fabric. It is not soft, but not rough. This is made of 100% polyester. So far the feathers have not fallen off. That is a good thing, because a lot of products I own the feathers fall off. Really it is not scratchy of anything, just is comfy. Fits nicely, doesn't stay against your legs. Hangs pretty loosely.



To wash the tags say hand wash only and to hang dry. So far that is what I have been doing. I really do not want to test the feathers much. I do not want them falling off. I don't think that would be good for a baby to eat. I wear this in the bedroom and so far it has been easy to clean messes off of it.

Fitting for a one size fits all is as follows. It fits perfectly on me and is stretchy to fit bigger. I am in a size one or three jeans. They would fit much bigger actually.

This does not show anything on me that I wouldn't want anyone to see. When I look at it in a mirror on myself it goes halfway down my thighs. I am pretty short 5'1 1/2" and weigh 109 lbs.
