Mesh chemise with ruffle - chemise discontinued by Coquette - review by Penguin

When my girlfriend showed me this new Coquette lingerie dress, I made a comment about how I would die to see her in it, but would die before I would get to. When she gave me a weird smirk and replied with "What are you talking about?!?! I'm showing you because I love it!", I immediately hopped on Eden Fantasys myself to see if I was up for an assignment and by golly I was! Hell yes, it wasn't taken and then the waiting began. It was a week before I received this, but in true fashion, my roommate lost the mail key. I wanted to kill him! After what seemed like forever, I finally got to deliver to package to her.

To be clear, this is a mini dress with garters (or as I was informed-the correct term is chemise). It does not include the stockings you see in the pictures. But when I got the assignment approved I also ordered these for her to wear too.

I love this because the bottom looks like a mini skirt even though the whole thing is one piece. The top is like a bra with under-wire cups and adjustable super thin straps. In the center of the chest is a pink satin bow. I love bow and ruffles so this was awesome. The cups are covered in white ruffles. This matches the bottom miniskirt looking part. There are two matching pink bows in front and back, right above the garters. the garters are white with a weird pattern on them, that for the life of me I could not describe. The garter connector things are metal with plastic pieces. These were kind of hard to get in and out. I damn near gave myself a hand cramp trying to undo the back ones for her. They are removable.

Okay so here is the boring stuff. A large is supposed to fit a size 12-14, size C cup, with band 38-40", waist 30-32", hips 40-42". What was I thinking? Seriously, she is smaller than all of these. Anywho, it is made of 82% Nylon and 18% spandex. The material is like mesh and super breathable. It wasn't scratchy feeling to her or to me.

I should have gone with my instincts and gotten her a medium in the dress like I do for everything else but I wanted to see this so bad, I didn't want any chance of her feeling less than sexy. I got a large, and it was too big. Still looked amazing of course, but if it can be smaller...the smaller the better!

It fit her pretty much everywhere. The only thing she had to complain about was that the under wire cups didn't provide support to create the cleavage she wanted Since she is a large C, small D-the cups were not quite large enough. The thin material seemed to have a capacity limit. She wore them slightly higher than they were supposed to be; a little peaked out the bottom, which I thought was hot. I guess the material is too stretchy to really make the under wire useful. Length came to just above her butt and looked awesome with the white stockings. It made a perfect round behind. From the side her curves were accentuated by the bottom ruffled band. Paired with some heels, this was everything I hoped for.

To wash this the tag says to hand wash in cold water. Lay to dry so it doesn't stretch out. Store on a hanger in a closet.

This is one of my favorites and I don't think I'll ever get sick of it. She loves to wear it which is even better because I can request it at anytime. Nothing has broken and it has been one of the better pieces to wear during sex since it is so comfortable and stretchy. It breathes well and so I hear no complaints. I recommend this still.
