Question: Why, at the end of the year, does anything red or green suddenly become labeled as "holiday"? Then, when we get past the New Year and into February, red turns to the romantic color of love. That is this panty. There is nothing holiday about them. Having said this, they are very pretty and comfortable.

They are made by Coquette and are labeled as made from microfiber. They are soft and seem to have a satiny and Lycra finish. I did not like how they are made. Although they are very comfortable and well fitting (size 12--I ordered the XL because I don't like anything binding) the leg openings are unfinished. A small hem would have given them a style step up.

They are machine washable, but it is suggested to tumble dry them on low. I just put them in with day to day laundry and in the dryer on high. They have survived without incident. I expected the unfinished leg openings to unravel, but they have not.

These panties, also available in black, come in a one size and an XL. I am a size 12 and these were fine for me. I think I am on the cusp and could also have worn the one size. If asked, I will tell you that below a size 12, opt for the one size; above a size 12, opt for the XL. If, like me, you are a size 12, make your decision based on how bootylicious you are. I don't think you can go wrong.

They are a very pretty shade of lipstick red with just a hint of orange. There is a moderate-size crotch liner. Crotch liners are pretty standard these days, but occasionally I find a pair with no lining. For health reasons, I try to stay with lined crotch panties.

These are really comfortable and have lasted quite a long time with frequent wear. I wear these to work and when I am just hanging around. They are sexy, but not quite bedroom type sexy.
